I had been friends with one of Tripletrees' residents for many years before she moved into this care home. I visit her roughly once a month. Every time I visit I am very impressed with the care and compassion shown to all the residents. My friend thoroughly enjoys the food and always looks well
dressed and cared for.

From the day my nan came to stay she was happy and settled, nan was always kept clean and was taken care of in such a professional but homely manners. They had almost daily activities, which they helped her to take part in, keeping her moving and trying to keep her mind active.
Regular visits
from Drs and therapists, our family were provided with updates when needed.
The staff provided daily updates, explained what she had been doing, and showing us images of her taking part and looking happy. Activities including, craft, dancing and many more.
Overall a great place for our nan and absolutely no negatives regarding her care and time at the home.
Parts of the home maybe a little dated, but was clean and tidy.

Our mum became a resident five months ago and the care that she has received has been exceptional. The Tripletrees staff have helped our mum to settle and participate in activities, make friends and become part of the Tripletrees family. We regularly receive photos and videos showing mum enjoying
her activities which are also helping to stimulate her memory, aid her movement and her well-being. We are also informed of any changes in mum's health, whether positive or negative, and consulted about her care plan. We feel extremely fortunate that mum is now a resident at Tripletrees where she has another family which we are also included in. Thank you.

Mum came to Tripletrees Care Home following numerous falls. The staff are always so caring and friendly and know exactly what she needs. The daily activities are amazing with something for everyone. Mum has settled in really well and enjoys having the company of the other residents and staff. The
pictures and videos I receive are so lovely. I would recommend Tripletrees to anyone who want a lovely caring environment for their loved ones.

In the summer, after a series of falls, Mum decided that it was no longer safe for her to remain living independently alone at home with daily carers calling round. She made the decision to go to a residential care home and tasked us with looking for one. Tripletrees was top of our list for
facilities, activities and care. Mum has settled in well and says that she is happy here and we all have the peace of mind knowing that she is safe.
She loves the food and has put on a little weight as she wasn't really eating properly before when at home.
The staff are so caring and friendly, we always get a cuppa when visiting.
Family involvement is encouraged and we are kept up to date about her care, videos of activities and constant consultation with us about ongoing care packages and reviews of medical and GP visits and any concerns.
I can't recommend them enough for the dedicated care and attention by the staff to not only the residents, but their families too.

I was slightly worried when I heard that dad would not be able to choose his care home but I needn't have been because lidiya and the team have provided absolutely fantastic care and support for him.
There was a noticeable improvement in his mental state almost immediately.
I cannot recommend

I cannot recommend triple trees enough they kept my mother safe during Covid and have cared for her better than we could have ever asked for since.
They have always met her needs and have kept my family updated of any changes when they occur , in fact they have become part of our family as mum was
at the care home for over five years .She was always clean and well fed even towards the end of life they supported us through that difficult time , enabling us as a family to all be together when she passed , being able to hold her hand meant a lot to all of us .
The staff team are very knowledgeable, caring and nurturing always appearing happy, they never seem to have a bad day , genuinely happy to help in what must be a very stressful and under appreciated job.
I cannot thank you all enough just make sure you keep a room for my dad

The care my dad received from the wonderful team at Tripletrees was just brilliant. The care and kindness they showed to my dad was really comforting for us as a family. Dad had been in hospital since January 2025 and after much too'in and fro'in with different Hospitals he was able to transfer to
Tripletrees at the end of June. They immediately ensured that dad was able to settle in really quickly. It was so lovely to see dad dressed, clean, sitting in his chair and taking part in the activities. He was treated with respect and dignity and received the best care possible. From the moment we turned up unannounced to firstly view the home, to dad's moving in day, and right the way through to his passing, the team led by 3 staff members in particular (and others) was exemplary. The most important thing for us was knowing that he was being looked after well and that is exactly what we got from Tripletrees. Forever grateful for all they did to make dad's final days the best they could be.

All staff at TripleTrees have always shown kindness and been very attentive to my mother in law needs. My mother in law was always happy and was well looked after. Up to her final days I found communication and access to her was excellent and always felt her needs were well catered for providing
peace of mind. I would fully recommend TripleTrees to anyone who is in a position of needing help and support for their loved ones.

From the very beginning, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the home, and this has only deepened over time as we've witnessed the exceptional dedication of the staff.
The carers are not only highly professional but also genuinely compassionate and attentive. They have taken
the time to get to know my mum personally-her preferences, routines, and what makes her feel most comfortable. It's clear that she feels safe, respected, and valued, which has made a tremendous difference to her overall well-being and happiness.
Communication has also been excellent. We are always kept informed about her health, daily activities, and any changes in her care plan. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands.
The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to provide both safety and comfort.
Triple Trees has made what could have been a very difficult transition feel smooth and reassuring.

Couldn't be happier with Tripletrees Residential Care Home. Mum has been here for a while now and with the staff being so caring and friendly, is seemingly very happy here. It's always clean and tidy when I'm there and the staff regularly arrange activities for the residents, both onsite as well as
taking them out together. Communication with the families is also excellent, with regular updates provided to us around the goings on at the care home that week if I'm unable to visit, as well as regular updates being provided following weekly GP visits or calls.
Would highly recommend Tripletrees.

I didn't realise how good a care home could be but after the experience with her previous home it's made me realise this is how a care home should be run. Always in communication with us with health updates and pictures and film of the things they do for all the residents. Mum is happy and content
plus I'm told by mum the foods good. What more could a family want for their mum.

We are so pleased our family member is cared for at this lovely care home. My aunt has been at the care home since 2018 and has received the best possible care here. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are very caring and know my aunt really well. They practice a very holistic approach to care
planning.
I can see my aunt feels safe and very well looked after here. The staff communicate with us really well with regards to all aspects of her care regularly via messages, phone calls as well as when we visit. There are lots of fun activities planned for the residents and we are sent photos and videos of these on a regular basis. Outcomes of all professional visits are also communicated to us as and when they occur.
Regular review meetings are held with the residents and families and the staff strive to explore and implement any area of improvement that can be identified. This is followed up by actions.
Thank you so much to Triple Trees as we know our loved one is in very safe hands.

I visited a number of care homes when looking for somewhere for my father and when so arrived at Tripletrees, and was waiting to be let in, I could hear music and laughter which was so refreshing!
My father has now been a resident for 2 months and he is starting to settle in. The staff have been
incredibly kind, patient and supportive both towards my father but also myself and my mother as we adjust to him being there. The staff send very regular updates which is really reassuring especially during the early days of settling in. They are always warm and welcoming when we visit and it seems a home from home.

The staff are excellent and very helpful, I only visited once but very well kept and spotless.
They have different things to do with exercise and they do an excursion to the beach in the local town.
Can not praise them enough and via text, they send photos and videos and also messages.

I am delighted with the care that my Mum is receiving at Triple Trees.
I moved my Mum from a previous care setting, the positive changes to my Mum's overall well-being, are very obvious. My mum is very contented, she enjoys joining in with the daily activities, and is able to maintain a level of
independence. Residents are at peace, and enjoy daily tasks, activities and occasional day trips. Great communication between the care home and myself, which gives me peace of mind.

After moving Mum to Tripletrees Care Home from another nearby home, the transformation in Mum was immense. They recognised her needs immediately and treated her with respect and dignity. Two words stick out for me, Care which they certainly do and Home, which they truly do provide. The manager and
the whole team do a great job. Communication through the family social media group gives excellent up-to-date information, on health issues, doctor visits and daily activities. I cannot speak highly enough of Tripletrees in respect of Mum's care. You can of course find slightly more salubrious facilities elsewhere but you certainly won't find better care than that provided by Tripletrees Care Home. You feel the ambience of warmth and kindness as soon as you walk through the door. Would happily recommend Tripletrees.

All the staff are very friendly. They regularly update me when the doctor has visited so I'm confident my father's health needs are being met. I receive photos and videos of trips and activities my father takes part in, this is really appreciated as I don't live nearby.

My stepmother has been a resident since May this year and has settled into their care extremely well.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, always interacting with the residents making each and everyone one included.
My stepmother really enjoys going for walks and being able to sit in the
garden.
So a massive thank you to you all for taking the time to help her settle and look after her.
