Love dad's care home. Staff treat him like he is a member of their family. He is always clean and dressed beautifully. Dad is very settled and happy here which is a huge relief for me. I visit every other day and have become very fond of the staff and the other residents. But I also see alot more
than I suspect most visitors do and I can honestly say all the patients are treated so kindly and humanely.
I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks BCH.

My brother-in-law Boots took up residence nearly a year ago. His sister {my wife} and our son were all worried about how he would settle in, and whether he would cause chaos and mahem! We can confidently say that Boots has settled in and has only caused a slight amount of chaos and mahem possibly
slightly assisted by myself!
The home fits all his requirments. He gets on well with the staff and sings his praises about them to us, sometimes literally! Boots enjoys the other residents and has made friends with many of them.
It is a pity that he can not get out in the open as much as he would like to, as his artistic eye likes to embrace nature.
We are happy with his first year at Bilney Hall
Thank you to everyone who has cared for Boots

Dad arrived just before Christmas and was welcomed by all staff.
Bilney Hall happy for us to change dads room around to make him more comfortable and to bring furniture.
All staff members talk to their residents by name.
Activities look good, not participated in many yet.

My mother has been a resident at Bilney Hall for 6 years. She has received excellent care which has evolved with her changing needs and health requirements. I have always been made to feel included in any decisions and staff are friendly, sensitive and caring. Everyone works hard to provide
activities and an environment that reflects celebrations throughout the year. Most importantly Bilney Hall has given the opportunity for my mother to call it her home in her later years.
03 November 2025
I have had experience of Bilney Hall in the past, so when my sister needed residential care, Bilney Hall was my first port of call.
I can not speak highly enough of the care my sister is receiving & the excellent staff both carers & management.

My Mother has been a resident at Bilney Hall for a year this month, and my brothers and I are so happy with Bilney. Our Mother is cared for beautifully by the lovely staff, who really are person-centred in their approach. They are a caring and fun team, and are always on hand to answer any
questions and offer support. Mum has built a great bond with many of them and really enjoys their company and their kindness. The home itself is well maintained, Mum has a beautiful room which is always immaculate. As are her clothes and the environment in general. It feels fresh and clean throughout and it is lively, especially now that some new residents have joined the old hall. Nikki the manager is fantastic! She is totally hands on with the residents, always up to date on how they are, and what is happening for them by the day. She always makes herself available for catch ups and goes above and beyond for the residents. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Bilney for peace of mind xx

I have come to realise just what a truly amazing job Bilney Hall do for the vulnerable people they look after. My mother moved to Bilney in April when she needed a lot more personal care.
We visit Mum mid morning or mid afternoon and find her seated in a comfortable chair, in a bright, spacious
lounge with beautiful country views. The staff are attentive and make sure she has a choice of drinks. Her room is clean and well organised.
In general, the staff are welcoming, polite and friendly and will always communicate any issues to us. The management is professional, experienced and supportive. I am very grateful that my mother is at Bilney Hall and appreciate all the staff's hard work and care.

Since my mother came to Bilney in February we have noticed a huge improvement in her mobility, interaction and have seen glimmers of who she is again which has been delightful. We have had lots of laughs and smiles with the staff as well. The home is always clean and tidy and Mums room is lovely.
The staff are friendly and can always answer any queries about Mum. An excellent home.

My mum moved into Bilney Hall in late February. It is a Care Home where the resident's come first. The manager and her staff are excellent and provide a friendly and welcoming environment along with understanding, care and compassion at all times to both residents and their relatives. The
meals are wholesome and good and the team cater for individual dietary needs. The rooms are clean and the laundry is always fresh and ironed. Residents are actively encouraged to take part in a variety of activities each week. The manager is an experienced, highly competent professional who is respected by all of her staff. I have total confidence of the management of mums future care needs.

Mum and Dad have been at Bilney since October 2023, they are together and being looked after, staff are always so kind and have time.
I have regular updates from the home on all issues, concerns.
Dad can be cantankerous at times over certain things (food in particular) and we are working through
the best way forward.
Mum although of course the dementia is progressing seems so happy, engaging with activities.
Thanks as ever

The staff at Bilney Hall are always warm and welcoming to visitors and take really good care of my mother, since she moved in she has flourished. As a relative it is lovely to feel confident that Bilney Hall does not just 'tick the boxes' to meet the minimum level of care (which we have had
experience of), they really take an interest in making residents as comfortable and happy as possible.
24 April 2025
My dad is well care for by all the carers and find them very approachable and helpful, if I have any queries they are there to rectify. They seam to acknowledge what helps get him through each day activity wise he likes the entertainment and to take part.

My Dad has Parkinsons and Dementia and was beginning to not cope at home with a carer, he moved into Bilney Hall just after Christmas, its not been easy for him or the staff there, but I think after an initial settling in period he is now accepting of Bilney being his home.
The staff in Bilney are
always very friendly and work so incredibly hard, dads needs can be hard to deal with at times, but the respect and care they have given him has been exceptional.
The Manager is always available to speak to about any concerns we have, she's always ready to help with a solution or just listen.
The home itself always smells fresh and welcoming, Dad really enjoys the food and he usually gets involved in the visits that the team plan whether that be Owls showcasing or a singalong.
I would be the first to recommend Bilney Hall, when it comes to care from the staff and the place feeling and looking like a home from home
23 April 2025
My nan came to Bilney Hall for a short respite stay. During her time there she had a nice room with a view of the garden which she enjoyed doing some bird watching. She also enjoyed chatting to the other lovely residents and staff and participating in the activities during the day, especially the
music. Would 100% bring her back if needed, she and our family are very happy with the home and staff!

Bilney Hall are doing a great job of keeping my Dad safe and cared for. The team are communicative and keep us up to date on a regular basis and the carers are kind and supportive. The team manage a good balance of managing some challenging behaviours and conditions alongside providing the best care
and support they can.

My Wife was a resident at Bilney Hall, she had very complex Brain issues following extensive Brain surgery, two strokes and advanced Alzheimer's Condition. which meant great care and attention was required for my wife's care.
The Manager and all her staff were exemplary in their care, compassion
and personal handling, as my wife needed hoists to move her from chair to bed etc.
In 2024 my wife was in another Care Home for several weeks, it was terrible, the comparison between that care home and Bilney Hall was so unbelievable.
All the staff were happy and very welcoming and offered compassion to myself. I would recommend this Care Home.

My stepmum moved into Bilney Hall Care Home after being in hospital for over 8 weeks. The communication from management and senior staff is excellent with either emails or phone calls and reassurance and honesty at every touch point. I am so grateful that my step mum spent her final days being so
well cared for with an excellent standard of care, delivered with compassion and support for the family as well as the resident.

My mother had been a resident at Bilney Hall Care Home for just over a year. The staff were all caring and professional and gave her great care. The meals were good and the rooms clean. Her laundry was always fresh and ironed. As her needs changed, staff and management were always ready to try
different approaches to keep her comfortable.
At her end of life, the support the staff gave us, as a family, to ensure we could be with her was exceptional.

Mum has been ay Bilney Hall Care Home for over a year and we have just enjoyed our second Christmas day with Mum there which was truly fun and felt very special. I have experienced three other local care homes through the changing needs of my parents and stepmother, due to dementia/Alzheimer's, and
Bilney exceeds them all by far. Mum also has mobility issues and can be "tricky" to deal with at times but the staff are attentive, kind and caring. She has a beautiful room and over the last year, as her needs have changed, with the support and guidance of the home manager, we have been able to adapt the necessary furniture and room layout to facilitate her care. She is encouraged to join in the activities that she enjoys, especially singing and music. The senior staff are particularly attentive to her medical needs, take timely action and always keep me informed. I feel that we are all part of a big family and have a sense that Mum and the other residents, on the whole, feel that way too.

My father moved into Bilney Hall Care Home just before Christmas after being in another residential care facility for nearly two years.
We had quite a long, drawn-out process with social services to secure his place at Bilney and the manager was so supportive and helpful throughout the process.
My
father has complex needs and his old care home was unable to complete many simple tasks, such as changing his clothes regularly and assisting with personal care. Within hours of moving into Bilney, the staff had managed to do what the other care home hadn't in months.
The communication from management and senior staff is regular with either emails or phone calls. I am so grateful that my father is now being well looked after.
In addition to the great standard of care, the home is also very clean at whatever time of day I visit.
