Mum has been with Coach House now for several years and it has been a great relief to me to know she is very settled and happy. Regard support it has always been there for and mum she is always smart and very clean her nails polished too. Staff so pleasant and helpful and her room is always tidy.
They have a varied menu for meals and plenty of drinks through the day. They exceed themselves with activities games card making music man comes in plus animals are bought in for the residents to hold brings so much pleasure. Their xmas parties are outstanding for residents friends and families plus each resident has birthday cake made for them with banners saying happy birthday. What more could you ask for.

I have no issues at all with the home. Mum is very happy and very well.

Mum has been in the home for over 3 years. She is settled and her dementia is relatively stable. Mum appears happy and that is I'm sure due in part to the high level of care provided. Staff are professional and friendly. Food is good and tailored to residents' needs. No problems.

Visiting my brother-in-law, who can be very difficult, and so happy to see how kind and patient the staff are with him. They are serving lunch when I am there, and the food always smells amazing. If he finds he has ordered something not to his taste, he is immediately offered an alternative. If he
wants two puddings, he gets them! Nothing is too much trouble. Happy he is in such good hands.

I visit my husband every day and have constantly witnessed the care and kindness shown to both him and all other residents. He has developed a raport with several members of staff and I've seen many moments of him chatting and teasing them and they have instinctively how to react and respond to him.
Management is extremely visable and approachable. Any concerns I've had have always been listened to discussed and acted upon if necessary. I am able to trust and feel confident that the very best care is being taken of him.

As a close family friend of a resident and their family, I have visited on a number of occasions, mainly lunch time. The food is eaten and shows attention to nutrition. The staff are caring and friendly and patient with dementia patients. I attended a hospital visit and the attendant care staff was
excellent. Overall I believe the residents to be cared for and this is their home.

My mother has been so much more settled and infinitely better supported since being at the coach house. She has some complex mental health needs and can be a handful to say the least, but the staff and management are amazing at managing this. There is a real family atmosphere, always a good number
of staff there and they all treat my mum so respectfully and with genuine affection. They are proactive, quick to implement any extra care needs and always keep us informed of any changes, and update us regularly. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff here

My mother can be challenging with her mental health issues mixed with Alzheimer's. She can be verbally aggressive and needs careful handling. The staff at the Coach House have really spent time getting to know mum and seem to really like her and provide her the right level and care and affection
that is needed. Mum seems the most settled she has been in almost 2 years. As a family we have been worried that Mum just wasn't content, but now she seems so much more settled and her instances of being heightened and frantic have reduced considerably. Its so reassuring for a family to see that your loved one is being cared for and her needs are paramount to the staff without exception. Thank you so much to the manager and your amazing team

My Brother was well dressed and groomed giving him a much more positive approach which we could talk about. He is engaged by staff and all efforts are made to maximise the activities he can be involved in.

My husband is shown a great deal of respect and kindness considering how difficult he is, this care home, in my opinion, is a top leader as 27 other care homes rejected him.

I have found all the staff at The Coach House helpful and always keep us informed about the person's welfare. He seems really well-fed and clean. Although we know he can sometimes be difficult, the staff care for him very satisfactorily.

My partner has been a resident at The Coach House for a few weeks now. I visit him three times a week and he always appears happy and content. His appearance is always clean-looking and tidy. The staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly. They call me by my first name and always alert and
caring with all of the residents. Always approachable re any concerns that I might have. Plenty of entertainment available i.e. bingo, music, arts and crafts. Myself and my partner's family are extremely happy with all aspects of care.

The home is warm, comfortable and very clean. The staff are immensely kind and compassionate. I have felt they all care for me, my family and my husband. They are always kind and try always to find out how we are coping. A drink is always offered and a hug where needed. The home is exceptionally
spacious with lovely quiet areas.

My sister has been a resident at The Coach House for eight months. I have found the staff to be caring and thoughtful taking the time to get to know my sister well. They treat her with dignity and respect her wishes wherever possible. There is a programme of activities in which residents are
encouraged and enabled to take part. The staff are very good at keeping me informed and seeking any views on my sisters' care.

I find the home is a safe and comfortable place for my mum to live in. The staff are wonderful, I know my mum is cared for with dignity. I am kept informed about my mum's well-being and there is good communication with the home and myself.

Dad is being well looked after. I can talk to staff and management quite happily about Dad and addresses any concerns with them and know they'll do their best to resolve these as soon as possible. No complaints.

My family and I were very grateful for the kindness and care of my husband. The place was warm and clean everywhere and the staff were wonderful and kind. We never worried about leaving him there. The staff always take care of us, as a family.
