I find the home very pleasing to my wife. They try to do all they can in difficult jobs.

I have been a close friend of a resident since we met in The Salvation Army in Sheringham where we were both soldiers - also we were both nurses. The resident was living in a housing association flat in Sherignham with minimal care - not appropriate to her needs - what a relief it was when her
social worker found Dorrington House - I visit her several times a week and can't fault anything! If I need care this would be my first choice! Thank you for the care she receives!

I am very pleased with the care my aunt has received since she has been at the home. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive, and I feel that my she is in safe hands. I would happily recommend this care home.

I am a volunteer for the church and visit monthly and join in other times with activities. I am always impressed with the happiness of the residents the staff always attending to their needs and going above and beyond to join in the fun and activities. We love singing all together and it's a great
atmosphere. I would recommend Dorrington House to anyone and would send my relatives here.

Skeleton staff on Sunday. Clean throughout and tidy, with a really nice friendly atmosphere. Nice carers, all very friendly; my husband seems happy here and warm. If he's happy that's what it's all about.

We find the care the staff give to our Mum excellent they are always very supportive and helpful to any of Mum's needs. Any concerns they are always quick to inform us either by telephone call and or email.

As soon as you walk into the care home, it definitely feels like a home, and not like a glorified hotel. Receptionist and manager were extremely helpful and very welcoming. All areas were clean, lots of different areas residents could go to, and a lovely outside space, lots of activities on offer
too. Best home that I have visited, and with great staff would highly recommend.

I can honestly say this level of care is fantastic. We know that our uncle is fully cared for and happy. We would recommend Dorrington House to everyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

Very pleased with the care mum has been receiving since she has been in the home. Staff are welcoming and I know my mum feels very settled which is a blessing. Would highly recommend this care home.

Residents are treated with respect are well cared for and well fed. Activities are varied and staff very enthusiastic.

My mum has been at Dorrington House for nearly 2 years. The care and kindness she receives is excellent. My mum is happy and well cared for by the staff. I feel supported too when things get overwhelming. I honestly don't know where we would be without the staff here.

My nan lives in the home. I can honestly say this place is one of a kind. The people living here do so much. The activity people are fantastic. The home looks fresh, homely, clean and inviting with the new decor. The staff team are always helpful, happy, chatty and kind. The manager is very friendly
and always lists and fixes any problems. This is a care home to be sought after and always remembered.

A lovely vibrant atmosphere with good activities. Our relative gets good holistic support for all her needs. We are always kept up to date regarding health and general needs. The staff both admin and care staff are always helpful and approachable - reassuring us as only relatives. A highly
recommended residential unit.

Dorrington House Dereham has been a very positive move for our dad. All the staff and management are extremely kind caring and professional. We always feel at 'home' when we visit. What a fabulous place to be! Dad has made loads of friends and is always getting involved in all the amazing

I cannot fault the care my mother and father have received from Dorrington House. I am always kept informed and regularly updated regarding their care, medications etc. The staff are amazing always exhibiting care and compassion towards the residents and indeed toward other family members. The
atmosphere in the home is always happy and there is always something going on in the form of entertainment, activities or outings which the residents are all encouraged to engage in. I am so grateful to all at Dorrington House for looking after my parents so diligently.
