I can't recommend the carers at Thomas Tawell House enough. They are wonderful looking after my friend as she can be very difficult at times. They have so much patience and I can't thank them enough.

Wonderful easter celebrations! Staff were so welcoming. Easter egg hunt, bingo + entertainment were great fun. Food and drink plentiful

I think Thomas Tawell is the best care home in Norwich I have been in a few while choosing for Mum and visiting in-law's and I think Thomas Tawell is the best.

Another lovely BBQ event in the garden at Thomas Tawell House. Great event as usual and lots of hard work put into by the team of caring helpers. Not forgetting the amazing manager, who is in my opinion is the best manager ever that we have had in the 18 years I have been visiting my brother. This is a very welcoming home and a very place to be. Our brother loves it he's been here since 2008 and is very happy.

From my visits to the home I have always found the staff friendly and caring and the home clean and tidy. The team make it a friendly environment and I often find activities or entertainment underway. Well done to you all.

* Staff are always friendly and welcoming. * Rooms are stylish and kept clean. * We rave the themed days - Easter, Christmas and Mother's Day - food is always so good and up to a high standard. * Staff cannot do enough for you as family of the residents. * Staff have great relationships with residents.

My wife has been a resident at Thomas Tawell House since November 2023. Having visited her almost every day, I can state that she has benefited from a very high standard of care. It is a great comfort to me as her next-of-kin to know she is in the best possible place - a kind of home from home.

Very enjoyable day for the Easter Fair. So much time, love and effort goes into everything they do to entertain the residents. Lovely place to live, with staff who genuinely care.

My mother-in-law has now been in TTH for approximately 6 weeks. She seems to have settled in really quickly. The staff all seem very nice, kind, friendly and supportive of each other, which is great to see. The activities available to residents seem exceptional, the staff work, very hard. All in all my mother-in-law seems really happy, which is good. A big thank you to all the staff.

Amazing residential home, all staff friendly and can't do enough for you. Rooms are modern and clean, food is always of good quality. Events are outstanding! So much effort is put in. Every event we have attended is always packed full of activities, singers and entertainers. Highly recommend TTH!

Staff do not inform relatives of any medical issues or hospital appointments. Staff take residents out into the community in their wheelchair without thought for their health and safety as do not use lap belt to stop them falling out. Also, residents know staff's personal business.

The main concerns are not being washed properly and feet not being washed regularly. A particular hot milky drink is not always given at night. Waiting too long for carers to answer the call bell. Some staff are not always aware Mum is not able to see and do things herself. Being told at night to wait for a toilet visit as they are busy. Overall my sister and I are happy with Mu's care. Thank you.

We have been very happy with Thomas Tawell House. My mum has settled and made lovely friends. The staff are very caring, and helpful and treat all residents with respect also making us a family very welcome.
