Living overseas I have been very appreciative of all the fantastic support the staff are providing which is helping me to assist my mother with a health condition that has been causing her considerable discomfort. The staff have been responsive and sensitive in how they have approached this matter
which has provided me considerable reassurance and for which I am very grateful.

Mum has settled really well in the 3 months she has been here. The staff are happy and consistent in their care and have gone to great lengths to make her feel she is at home. Always lots going on.

Although on this occasion, I am visiting my resident sister, being elderly myself, The staff are always very helpful in giving me assistance - I am a wheelchair user. Have always felt very welcome here!

As usual TTH excel thereselves a first class. Party and attention to detail everything and all the staff put such afford into making it a brilliant day. Such a lovely gome to be in for our brother. Best home ever.

I think Thomas Tawell is the best care home in Norwich I have been in a few while choosing for Mum and visiting in-law's and I think Thomas Tawell is the best.

From my visits to the home I have always found the staff friendly and caring and the home clean and tidy.
The team make it a friendly environment and I often find activities or entertainment underway.

My wife has been a resident at Thomas Tawell House since November 2023. Having visited her almost every day, I can state that she has benefited from a very high standard of care. It is a great comfort to me as her next-of-kin to know she is in the best possible place - a kind of home from home.

Very enjoyable day for the Easter Fair. So much time, love and effort goes into everything they do to entertain the residents. Lovely place to live, with staff who genuinely care.

My mother-in-law has now been in TTH for approximately 6 weeks. She seems to have settled in really quickly. The staff all seem very nice, kind, friendly and supportive of each other, which is great to see. The activities available to residents seem exceptional, the staff work, very hard. All in all
my mother-in-law seems really happy, which is good. A big thank you to all the staff.

Amazing residential home, all staff friendly and can't do enough for you. Rooms are modern and clean, food is always of good quality. Events are outstanding! So much effort is put in. Every event we have attended is always packed full of activities, singers and entertainers. Highly recommend TTH!
