Lavender Lodge is a well run care home, very clean, lovely choices of food. Residents are well looked after.

Staff good very friendly always asking if patients need anything clean and supportive.

The care home is welcoming. The staff are friendly. Overall very clean and tidy. Would be nice to have some more activities and a activity person like they had previously with Coren and Emma.

Overall, very good care, very friendly staff, always attentive and on hand to help. The food is very nice, maybe bigger portions lol. Thank you for your care throughout the year.

The staff have always struck me as caring and polite. I have not really had any dealings with management so far. My mum was a little concerned about the security of items in her room, after 'losing' items. However, one of those turned up in the chest at the foot of her bed, which she seemed unaware
of (because it looked like a seat?) She said that other residents sometimes wandered into other's rooms, although I don't know if this is true.

The care of all staff towards resdients is professional and outstanding.
Activities, food and decorations provided a very festive feel.
The improvement in my mum to be as close to my mum is incredible.
Communication by staff regarding any issues is on a very high level and appreciated. Staff
making the atmosphere fun also provides assurance of my mums care.

We find the home excellent staff warm and friendly just the care Pauline needs. 100/100

Staff are really good nothing too much trouble for them. Food is excellent, the place is kept spotless.

Always welcomed and helpful staff on hand to speak to if needed. Mother-in-law always seems happy certainly well looked after and cared for.

I've nothing negative to say about Lilac Lodge, my mum seems very happy and settled, and its now her home, looked after by lovely staff.

No one wants to go into a care home and no family is wanting this either - however, couldn't have asked for better care, compassion and genuine affection given to my mum during the 2 years she was with Lilac Lodge. Knowing she was safe, had stimulation and trips out when she wanted to was so
important. With at times complete health needs, the staff were always there, kind and professional. There is a real and genuine feeling of extended family - from the management, to house-keeping and kitchen, and nursing - all were valued and brilliant with mum an welcoming to families.

My partner has been in Lavender nearly 2 weeks, I think he has been looked after very well.

Lilac Lodge staff are always very friendly, kind, helpful and very caring to residents and visitor. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The rooms are always very clean and tidy.
Food always looks lovely and is presented very well on plates.
