Now I cant do things for myself in my own home I like having things done for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had such a good welcome when I came here in December 2024 when I could no longer cope at home on my own.

After a long stay in hospital, my partner of 23+ years was unable to return home. Her daughter and l looked at several care options, and after visiting White Gables and talking to the manager and staff, made the decision to ask for a room there.,
It's a choice we are very glad we made. Her health,
mobility and general abilities vary day by day or hour by hour, and the staff are always happy to help with anything needed. They build up good relationships with residents,
The home also has a good relationship with the nearby Doctor's surgery, which operates weekly rounds to check on health conditions.
Staff also try hard to encourage residents to eat and drink when needed, although this can be very difficult.
From my personal viewpoint, I am especially pleased with the level of help I can get with information about her wellbeing, and this includes phone calls when medications are changed, or if an unusual incident happens.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased that she lives at White Gables.

Staff genuinely care about the residents and are polite and friendly. My father is always met with compassion and a caring soothing tones. This relates to bothering the care workers up to senior staff who are happy to rile up their sleeves and support my father when needed. They are always thinking
of ways to encourage and support him to engage and join in with activities.

My cousin has been living at White Gables for seven years and she has always been incredibly happy with all the care and support she has received. Recently, her care and health needs have increased and I am very grateful for the excellent professional support that she has been given by all the
staff. I have been kept fully informed if the staff feel there are any concerns. I cannot praise White Gables enough for their care of my cousin.

My mother has been at White Gables for over six years. She has always been well cared for and treated with respect and compassion, regardless of which carer attends to her. White Gables have a professional approach to care yet feel like part of the family and treat my mum like the superstar that she
is. I've never visited without a friendly chat with staff and hearing stories of her adventures. The home ensures plenty of entertainment and outings if she chooses to join in, but are sensitive to those days that she'd rather be in her room. All in all, the staff are amazing and understand her needs and wishes. We're kept informed of any events that happen along the way, either by phone or email and never feel excluded from any aspect of her care. A huge thank you to White Gables and I'm eternally grateful that I chose the right place for my special Mum.

My mother has been living at White Gables for a year now and my brother and I have nothing but praise for the way in which she has been cared for. She was welcomed by the staff from day one - as were we - and she has been cared for with consideration and kindness ever since. Any queries of mine
have been answered promptly and helpfully and have been of great help to assist Mum with her needs. The staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend White Gables highly enough.

My mum has been living at White Gables for nearly 2 years. I am extremely happy with the way mum is cared for, especially lately as she has had some additional needs.
Nothing is too much trouble and all staff go above and beyond to ensure mum is as happy and as comfortable as possible. They are
professional, knowledgeable and kind.
Mum is treated with dignity and respect. I feel that she is cared for as an individual, with everyone taking the time to find out what she likes and dislikes, tailoring their care and support to her specific needs. Feedback from management and staff to me is excellent.
I can visit mum any time and we can sit in her room, lounge or garden.
There have been some great improvements lately with new flooring, chairs and garden furniture. The home is welcoming, clean and very friendly.
I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Very happy with White Gables care home.
We are always greeted with a friendly face at the door when we arrive, and feel welcomed in the home.
Staff are approachable and will respond quickly to our questions and any concerns.
My Uncle is well cared for and we feel supported and I wouldn't
hesitate to recommend White Gables to others.

We as a family are pleased with care my wife is receiving, and she is quite content with facilities. Overall, all the staff are caring and helpful. The activities they put on are good and they seem to make sure everyone is included.

The staff are exceptionally caring, very welcoming to visiting family, they are so kind.
When my mum was seriously ill they were truly amazing. Mum had all the extras she needed in terms of equipment eg special blue mattress type thing on her chair to stop bed sores.
The staff as always were so
kind caring, giving mum the dignity and respect they always show. She was on her bed when she needed to be.
Thankfully mum pulled round and is benefiting from all the great program of activities.
The wonderful staff make White Gables a home from home as much as possible.
Can't praise them enough.

After my friend moved into White Gables in December 2024 she has been made very welcome also myself. The staff are all lovely and friendly and cater to the needs of my friend very well. Lovely rooms, very homely and the food is great! Very well organised establishment. Many thanks.

My mum has been a resident at White Gables for 9 months now. I am very happy with the care she receives, all the staff are lovely and are quick to respond if she needs help. White Gables has a very homely atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming, it definitely feels like my mum's own home. My mum
enjoys the food which is home-cooked and plentiful.

White Gables has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I feel happy in the knowledge that my father is safe and well cared for. The staff are all very friendly and most seem very well trained in what they do. The food is excellent, very varied and nutritious. The activities are absolutely brilliant
and the activities lady is a credit to the place.

My Mum has lived happily at White Gables since 2018, it was a very difficult decision to make for the family, but because of her Dementia it was the best thing for her. The care has been excellent and she is very settled. I praise the Management and staff for their continued support and for
providing a warm and friendly environment for Mum.

I never have to worry about my mum being safe and cared for at White Gables, she is in excellent hands. If she ever needs medical help staff contact the doctor immediately. The staff are so supportive to us as a family and see to Mum's specific personal needs throughout the day. The carers have gone
out of their way to get to know my mum and what her interests are. White Gables is above all a happy place, full of smiles, laughter, kindness and understanding.

2025 marked Mum's 5th year at White Gables, and she remains very happy living there. She is we think the oldest resident now and is much more frail, but we feel she is well cared for by staff who are fond of her. We are regularly told how well we did to find her such a lovely place.

My mum is very happy and well cared for by the amazing, friendly staff at White Gables. After rapidly going downhill at home she seems to be thriving both physically and mentally. I believe this is as a result of being well cared for and the general happy caring ethos at the home. I'm kept well
informed of any issues regarding my Mum and the staff are always happy to deal with any queries I may have. All in all a good experience for all.

Mum moved to White Gables in December 2024 following a difficult period of time being widowed, was struggling with loneliness and showing early signs of vascular dementia. White Gables came highly recommended to us by friends and neighbours alike. Every member of staff that we have had the pleasure
of communicating with have been wonderfully caring, compassionate and understanding of Mum. Mum is still in the early stages of settling into her long-term home, but each day is a positive and loving experience for her. She has entered into activities, church services and events that she would never have taken part in at her own home. It is an absolute pleasure to see her flourish emotionally, mentally and physically and, importantly, we know she is safe.
