Mother had to be referred by Social Services due to dementia and incontinence problems now needing full time care because of this . Sadly she misses her home but quite happy with her room now it has been painted and her own curtains and nets to make it fresh and homely It's shame she has no
particular views , only the carpark , as she loves a garden , birds and flowers which are on the other side of the house so she can see at mealtimes Extremely good nurse and fun Management who make Mum welcome and see to her needs as and when required Lots of ladies and two men who all interact with eachother when able ( sleep / sundowners, as they are called after dinner) TV very loud and music at lunchtime which is a welcome break as Mum loves singing Would be nice if live music and activates one a week as was when she first moved in but resorses have now been limited!! Shame they love a sing along and exercises without then knowing though movement Able to leave home with assistance from family

and well decorated.

Throughout my mum's stay at Manor Farm House, she was treated with respect and dignity. She was always clean and tidy and enjoyed the food. She had a lovely room which was cleaned every day. The staff were always kind and friendly, and I always got a warm welcome when I visited.

My wife Veronica has been a resident at Manor Farm House, BA3 3QG, for approximately 1 year. Me and my family are very pleased at the way she has been looked after and treated with respect. She tells me all the time how good the food is and the way she is being looked after and long may it last.

My mum went to Manor Farm in February 2025, and fitted in well from day one. She was treated well by all of the staff, was happy with her room, the meals, and the social activities. As family we were very happy with the warm welcome that we always received, and how mum seemed to treat it as her
home.
Sadly her condition deteriorated after a few months. The management and staff at Manor farm constantly reassured us that they would continue to care for mum, which they did, and they provided exemplary care whilst she was at the end of her life. She died in early October 2025 in her own room, much loved by the staff, and with the utmost care and dignity. Similarly, as family we were treated with huge respect, and were welcomed to stay with her 24/7 (with food and refreshments on tap) until the end, and afterwards. I cannot express my thanks enough, and how much support we were given at a very emotional time. The team, led by Donna, are amazing and totally dedicated.

We looked at 8 care homes for my aunt and as soon as we walked into Manor Farm it felt homely, warm and friendly. In the 4 years my aunt has been in Manor Farm she has been happy except for a short period after a management change and high staff turnover but she soon settled to new faces. We are
very grateful for their diligence in keeping COVID out. We are kept well informed and have no issues. Jacqueline has always been a challenging woman and the staff have been brilliant.

My mum went into Manor Farn House last September. We have been very pleased how the staff are looking after her. If you are worried about anything you only have to ask. They have entertainment, it will be nice when they can go out for walks but these are trying times. The staff and management are
always cheerful.
