The home that my sister is in could do with a mini bus so that they can go out, like the ones before used to take them out.

My mother says that she enjoys her time during respite care. The staff and permanent residents are very welcoming, and she enjoyed being in the company of "old friends " The only issue that I had was that when I picked up my mother her hair looked very greasy. So I do wander how often she had had a shower and hair wash during her 2 week stay.

Lovely care home, couldn't do enough to help when my mum, from a different care home (which was diabolical), kind, very caring staff, plenty of activities for residents to do, rooms are clean, clothes always neatly put away, plenty of choice for meals, always welcoming family to join in with activities, cannot fault the home at all

Helpful, friendly staff. Concerns professionally addressed. Impressed with level of cleanliness throughout the home. Initially found it difficult to get through to home. My husbands dietary needs catered for.

Moving my mother to The Green Residential Care Home has been wonderful. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their work, always treating residents with care and respect. Since arriving, my mother has become more like her old self before Alzheimer's-she's extremely happy, engaged, and has a new lease of life. The activities are thoughtful and varied, and the home is always clean and welcoming. Meals are delicious and tailored to residents' needs. I am so grateful for the outstanding care she receives and highly recommend The Green to anyone seeking a caring, supportive environment for their loved one.

When moving my gran into the home, they couldn't of welcomed her enough. They make all the effort to ensure residents are looked after and get the best possible care.

The Green is a very pleasant home from home for my wife, when I visit I always get a pleasant hello from all staff who are all very caring and knowledgeable about their tasks. It is very nice. To know that when I leave she is well cared for and comfortable and I can relax in the knowledge that she is safe.

Dad needed a week where I knew he'd be safe and supported while we spent time away. From the first phone call, to initial visit, and then the stay, nothing was too much trouble. Dad was well fed, entertained, socialised, rested and very well looked after. When we came to pick him up, he was packed and ready to go. The staff were sad to see him leave and several residents said heartfelt farewells. Dad wants to go back again and I hope he can. Thank you all.

I am so delighted with the whole experience of visiting the care home. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I am always made welcome. The rooms are airy and smart. Always clean. The food is excellent and tasty. My husband has settled very well, and I know he is being looked after so well.

My father has settled extremely well into The Green. From the very start he has been calmer, had great company - staff and residents - which has enhanced his every day life significantly. There is always a calm, caring and inclusive atmosphere with activities for residents, lovely good and opportunity to socialise or reside in calmer rooms. The home is always tidy, clean and many staff available and on hand. Some outside activities may contribute to the well being of residents and staff making the environment a top establishment!

Mum is brilliantly cared for at The Green Residential Care Home. She is treated with kindness and dignity by all the staff. Every time I visit I am made to feel welcome. Mum tells me she is happy to be at The Green. The staff keep me up to date with Mum's health conditions. I really cannot fault the staff and the way they look after Mum. I can sleep easy knowing she is so well cared for. Thank you!

The Green Residential Care Home is excellent, all the staff are lovely and go above and beyond for all the residents. The atmosphere is always lovely and everyone has always got a smile on their face. Every time I visit my nan she always tells me how happy she is, films she's watched and activities she has done. She has made lots of friends which is lovely for her.

I am very happy here, they treat me with respect and everyone is most helpful, listen to my troubles when I'm a bit down, everyone looks after me very well, nothing is too much trouble for me.
