My wife has now been a resident at St Petrocs in Bodmin for 6 months, myself and family members visit regularly and we are very pleased with the care provided. All the staff are positive , caring and friendly making us as visitors very welcome . Please continue the great work.

My Auntie became a resident at St Petrocs nearly three years ago and remained there until her recent passing.
Her admission was an emotional experience for us both. However, the team at St Petrocs made the transition for us both as painless as possible.
The team took their time to get to know my
Aunties likes and dislikes, and catered to these, providing her with personalised care.
At all times she was comfortable and well cared for. The team were responsive in changing health care needs, involving outside support as necessary.
I was always made welcome and involved in my Aunties care. Importantly care is a collaboration between resident, family and the dedicated care team.
St Petrocs really do provide a homely care experience, never did i feel care was task orientated.

Having moved down from my mum's home city, we are happy with her stay at St Petroc's Care Home in Bodmin, to be near us. The staff there are wonderful and always ready with a smile and a chat. Always attentive and willing to perform their tasks, and I say it again (with a smile), the management are
very helpful as well, and get to know their residents as time goes on. So very happy to leave my mum there and know she is well looked after.

Firstly my sister is very happy at this place. Equally as important is the fact that staff are cheerful, efficient, courteous and very helpful. I have found this to be the same on every visit usually three weeks to monthly since she was first placed at this home.

Mom was made to feel very welcome as soon as she arrived. Staff are professional but very friendly at the same time. There are daily activities that Mom can join in if she wishes. The food is healthy and filling. Mom has settled in well.

After looking at so many care homes I knew the minute I walked into St Petroc's it was 'just like home'. The staff are always very caring to Mum and my family no matter how busy they are. The care home manager is always on hand to listen and explain Mum's care plan. There is a lot of fun and
laughter during the activities which are chosen well and the chefs provide excellent food to Mum's tastes. Always a clean environment in all areas.

I can't thank the staff at St Petroc's enough for their wonderful care and kindness towards my mum and our family. I feel safe to leave her in their professional care knowing that she is so well cared for and I would recommend the home to everyone. Thank you.

My aunt has settled very quickly and has said that all the staff are lovely and friendly. She has enjoyed her meals and says the food is lovely.
When I have phoned for updates all staff have been very helpful and pleased to give their time.
I have visited twice this week and each time I have been
welcomed and made to feel at home.
A big thank you to everyone for caring and looking after my aunt.

Our dad has been welcomed and cared for by everyone at St Petroc's that we have come across.
We have had first-hand experience that their person-centred approach is key to their excellent service, and nothing appears to be too much trouble, day or night.
Cleanliness, food and safety levels are
all excellent.
St Petroc's have actively supported and welcomed all members of our family who have been with Dad to support his transition. What was a difficult time for us has been made so much easier by their kindness, patience and flexibility.

It was lovely to join my mother here for the residents Christmas party. The singer/musician knew just what to play to get the residents interest!
Was also fantastic to see the staff's interaction with the residents, I could tell it is not 'just their job', they showed a genuine passion for helping
the residents enjoy the party.

After the "very" difficult decision that, as a family, we could no longer meet Mum's needs at home, we were offered a room at St Petroc's.
With staff that are very caring and helpful, Mum gradually settled in.
Staff are always around to answer any questions.

I visit Mum every two weeks. Other family members visit every couple of days. The home is always welcoming and clean. Mum's room is spotless. The staff are always helpful. Mum is treated with respect and dignity. We feel satisfied that she is well looked after.

The staff are always lovely, friendly and very caring towards my mum-in-law. They have always been polite and friendly towards us. There are always places to park. The home always seems to be clean and tidy. Mum-in-law always gets well-fed. Plenty of space inside and outside the home.

We have found the staff at St Petroc's to be hard-working and very caring towards Mum; she feels safe and secure in her new environment, a home from home. It is a relief to us that she has the care she wants and needs at this time of her life; we are no longer on edge every time the phone rings.

I have absolutely been overwhelmed by the wonderful standard of care that Mum has received in St Petroc's Care Home. She too is very happy here and constantly praises all the staff - Mum has many problems with dementia, frailty and a heart condition and has benefitted greatly from the care, both
domestic and medical and free company and activities

Mum has been here a little over a month now and has settled in really well. Staff are friendly and caring. We have no worries any more as to her safety and she is enjoying having company and joining in the activities. I haven't visited her for the last two and a half weeks as have been on holiday
but Mum is definitely happy with her new life and home at St Petroc's House Care Home.

My friend seems very happy, clean and tidy; his skin looks great, and he is more chatty in himself and just happy.
We are glad he is safe, and people are there to help him.

Very pleased with Dad's care. All the carers are very friendly and respectful. Dad enjoys the lovely meals. It's peace of mind to know he is much safer.
