All the staff are very caring, friendly and attentive. My mother as settled well and I feel very happy, relieved and confident that I made the right decision in putting her in Roscarrack House. We are free to visit at any time and are always made welcome, our granddaughter even joining in with the
Halloween activity - she is only 5 and had a lovely time.

The staff at Roscarrack looked after my mother for the last two years of her life. We couldn't have picked a more friendly and caring environment for her to see out her days. There were always activities to stimulate the residents and my mother thoroughly enjoyed these. I got to know many members of
staff over those two years, such nice people! The house and gardens are such a beautiful and tranquil place to be, with views from all windows to open countryside. Myself and brothers were so overjoyed that so many of these wonderful carers attended my mother's funeral. My mother was truly blessed to live in Roscarrack!

A kind, loving environment and so are all the staff. As much as it could be, a home from home. They treated my father with care and repect. He had a lot wrong with him and towards the end of his life had difficulty expressing himself and his needs but his eyes would light up when the staff came into
his room. My mum would visit everyday and they looked after her brilliantly. Roscarrack house is not a new facility, all bright and shiney but it has heart and love which beats wipe clean stainless steel, any day. It is notable that most of the staff have worked there for sometime . Evidence, I believe, of happy and healthy community.
The food is excellent too. The cake is exceptional

I am writing this complimentary review to tell all of the staff and other helpers how delightful the barbeque was last Thursday. Nothing was left to chance and all of the people involved with setting up the barbeque were second to none. My friends and I are full of praise for the trouble that you
all went to. We had a great time and it looked as though everyone else who was present had a good time also. Well done to you all.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Roscarrack House, whatever their role. Ever since my second cousin, came to live here it is as if she has been part of a large family. Whenever I have visited, even behind perspex screens inside the front door, any member of staff I have seen has been
so helpful but also so friendly and kind - and fun! How they manage all their highly technical skills, nursing as well as caring, but acting as though it is part of family life, quite honestly blows me away. Even the building is friendly and the garden - I love visiting! My cousin has a wonderful way of entertaining anyone and everyone and has blossomed in Roscarrack House! No one has repressed her enthusiasm or squashed her exuberance - she has been allowed to be herself. During this past year, lockdowns must have presented unbelievable problems for the staff but, whenever I called, there was always a friendly voice to help with anything. Thanks to every one of you.
