My brother in law has been a resident at Crelake since the summer of 2025 after we moved him from an unsuitable home. From the first we found the building clean, tidy and smelling fresh, CJ, and his deputies are caring and supportive to residents and their families, Care staff, cleaners and handyman
all take a pride in their job and always seem to have a smile on their face, We have never seen anything to make us doubt their commitment to the care that they give and my brother in law feels secure with them. The activities ladies organise music and simple quizes or even trips to the local park.They all do a grand job and give our family peace of mind. The home itself is in a pleasant setting with a secure garden which can be enjoyed on finer days. A gardener keeps the garden and grounds looking good so the home feels welcoming even before you get inside,. Well done all at Crelake!
