My mother is so happy at Dove Court, they all treat mum like part of the family. Staff very welcoming when we arrive offering coffee etc. Activities are really good always making sure residents are happy. My mother loves making things and enjoys dominos with a couple of her friends (residents) Food is excellent, such a variety and different snacks they make and bring around. Christmas is nearly here and Mum looking forward to it, decorations look lovely thanks to staff!

I feel I'm part of a family & I'm looked after with great respect & kindness at any time of the day & in the middle of the night. The food is very good & a glass of wine with meals is a great surprise. Christmas decorations are fantastic & craft activities are so interesting to do.

Dove Court Care Home have exceeded our expectations. The staff are so very caring and they make the care home feel like a 'home from home'. My friend has been here for the last four months, we visit regularly and are always made to feel welcome. The daily activities are thoughtful and engaging. The management team have been so thoroughly helpful and kind and you really know they have the clients' best interests at the heart of everything they do. I could not be happier with our choice.

I was invited to the home for my mum on Fireworks Night. Staff were welcoming. Nice food. Lovely rooms. Very impressed with the staff, very knowledgeable.

My mother has become stronger physically and mentally since moving into Dove Court. The staff are friendly and very caring. They are now part of Mum's family. The home has very high standards and is very clean. The activities are varied and participation is optional. Mum had concerns about giving up her home and moving into a care home. Dove Court allows her to be as independent as she chooses but will supply any help that is required. I would highly recommend Dove Court for any help that is required. I would highly recommend Dove Court for any relative that needs that extra care and look after to optimise their quality of life.

All the staff are so friendly and supportive to my mum who has been at the home for 12 months. They provide excellent care, food and regular activities which Mum enjoys. It has been a big relief that Mum is in good hands and we are always kept informed between our regular visits. I would highly recommend Dove Court as the consistent staff make Mum's support environment so positive.

My mother-in-law has settled in really well at Dove Court. She is happy and well looked after which is fantastic to see. The care she receives is excellent and all the staff are supportive and caring. As visitors we are always treated well.

I have known the registered manager for 6 years. During that time she has been of immense help with care for my friend. Kind, personable, helpful and diligent in her duties, I couldn't have asked for more.

I would single out Dove Court for the exceptional quality of care, which is warm, attentive, friendly and compassionate. My mother recently died at the home after being a resident for four years and the gentle and loving way she was looked after in her final weeks and days meant so much to my family. My father lives there now and is so well looked after. He drove a car until recently and greatly appreciated the parking space he was given. I would highly recommend Dove Court.

Thoughtful, kind, friendly and warm, that's the Dove Court team. They took time and care to find out who my aunt was as a person and what she loved to do. She so enjoyed living there, especially the social side in the beautiful sun room, and the outings to places when she was well enough to go. The art and music sessions were a special highlight as, from childhood, she'd loved to sketch, paint and enjoyed a good song. As a family member, I always felt welcome as part of the Dove Court community too and loved having an open invitation to join our aunt for lunch or tea. The staff became like family - now my aunt's sadly gone, I'll really miss them though hope to stay in touch somehow. I'd recommend Dove Court to anyone looking for a care home for themselves (as my aunt did, she chose it herself) or for a loved one. Good care homes are hard to find but, at Dove Court, 'care' and 'home' truly are at the heart of what they do. Huge thanks from me, for everything, to the whole team.

I went to visit an old friend at Dove Court (for a firework display), little did I know there would be refreshments for all and all the staff from the manager to the domestic staff were there to greet and help in any way possible. I would like to move in myself.

My room is very nice. You laugh a lot as the staff are very friendly and dutiful. The food (especially curry) is wonderful.

Have been amazed at the support and care being offered. My friend has settled so well and after talking about how she is being cared for and the friends she has made. A fantastic care home with fantastic people!

Dove Court is fabulous. The staff are all professional and incredibly caring with a full calendar of activities and lovely wholesome meals provided. It feels like a hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We have had experience of two care homes in the area but we have never seen such outstanding care as Dove Court.

Highly recommend this home as all staff are extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for my frined. It's a lovely, bright and light home with lovely views, my friend had a lovely room. Plenty of activities and lovely food. 5 stars.

My great-nan was at Dove Court for nearly 2 years. She thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She made new friends and was able to engage with new people and join new clubs. She enjoyed trips out and family were also invited to join in. I had many roast lunches with her and we were able to arrange a birthday party in the lower floor dining area. I would highly recommend Dove Court, the staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
