From the minute you walk through the door, you feel good vibes. Happy staff, clean home, I was offered a cup of tea or coffee as I entered. It is a small home, close to the town. Previously I have seen the staff taking their guests around the gardens in Sidmouth...so not in home environment all the time. I did not get my tea or coffee as the lady had to deal with a service user, who rightly came first.
