I come here every month and find the staff, the food, the atmosphere, and the care second to none. Cleanliness is also first class and the residents are happy and extremely well looked after. This really is a care home second to none, that must rate the highest of its kind. Extremely well run and
managed. Thank you Dove Lodge for the most amazing experience.

Dove Lodge is a superb care home. It is very hard to fault them. The staff are professional and provide an outstanding service, probably the best I have witnessed. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and the standard of rooms and food is outstanding.

Have a few friends at Dove Lodge. Staff are always nice and attentive. Home is very clean and smells nice, food is very good. In addition, I hear lots of good comments around town.

I visit the home on a regular basis, I always find the staff to be very helpful and polite. The premesis is always immaculate, and the residents always appear content.

I have found Dove Lodge's staff to be very helpful and understanding in the months my husband has been there. Their Christmas party was very well organised and great fun. The manager is always cheerful and seems able to cope with anything.

Our family were so pleased to find the excellent care home Dove Lodge. From when Mum moved into her new home 20 months ago, we've always had peace of mind that she received the best care, love & attention. Compared to other local homes Dove Lodge was an obvious choice, leagues above others in many
respects. Mum loves the peaceful ambience of the home & choices of areas to relax in. The friendly, caring staff always give time to chat to us all. The excellent & varied choice of food & drinks made it feel 'hotel-like'! The inspired variety of ideas from the activities team was well received, plus the residents meetings. Dignity is always shown. Prompt responses to sudden needs, a given, all managed by the outstanding leadership & hardwork of the manager. Thank you.

I am so grateful to Dove Lodge care home for the outstanding care they've provided to my Mum. I have fond memories of supporting Mum with craft activities. The staff were incredibly considerate and gave friendly care throughout my Mums stay with you. We were able to go on holiday knowing mum was
having the best of care. The family were recognised and treated as part of the loving family here at Dove Lodge. What struck us the most was the truly compassionate and loving nature of the staff. They didn't just care for Mum, they loved her! This made for a wonderful environment and we will continue to recommend this outstanding home.

My stepmother had a very positive experience at Dove Lodge. She described it like being at a five-star hotel. I found it to be on my visits, friendly, superbly run and spotlessly clean. I thought the staff were very caring and supportive. Right up to the day she died they offered their best and were
very considerate towards myself and other relatives.

My mum has been in Dove Lodge for 12 years now and has a lovely room, she enjoys the food, nothing is a problem. They have activities most days and sometimes go out as a group. She feels safe and at home there.

An outstanding care home in every respect. The warmth and care of the staff is superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum felt at home immediately. She has not been as happy and content for some time. The intellectual stimulus she receives is excellent. Thank you.

My grandmother became a Dove Lodge resident this year, and as a family, we were really apprehensive, but after just a few days, it was clear we needn't have had any such thoughts. Straight away, we were confident that my grandmother would settle in, be happy, but most of all be safe and well looked
after. It's clear the staff are well trained and care about what they do. We feel very grateful to have found such a lovely environment that my grandmother loves. Thank you.

From the moment we walked through the door to the warmest of welcomes, we just knew that we had found my mother's new home. I cannot praise highly enough the love and care that my mother receives here at Dove Lodge. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She loves everything about it. The friendly
atmosphere has encouraged her to make new friends and she looks forward to every day. At 94 years of age, she has now got a new lease of life. Thank you to all.

My dad stayed here after coming out of hospital. His room was lovely, bright and airy and the staff were wonderful, so friendly and caring. It has such a lovely homely atmosphere. He was worried about going into a home but the staff made him feel so welcome.

My grandma's overall experience so far has been very positive from her first day here. We have found the staff to be friendly, welcoming and supportive, which has greatly helped her to settle into the new environment. The team always puts a great effort into make her feel respected and valued and
she is always treated with dignity ensuring that she feels comfortable, safe and at home. The facility itself is kept clean and well maintained with an inviting atmosphere. There are plenty of activities available to keep the resident engaged. Overall the care and compassion shown is remarkable as everyone goes above and beyond to make sure individual needs are met, giving our family such peace of mind knowing our loved one is in excellent care.

Mum has been very well cared for. The staff are so caring and treat residents as though they were members of their own family. Laundry, food and cleaning also to an excellent standard. Activities and socials organised regularly. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were very caring and so kind to the resident and were considerate and committed to their needs. Also, the staff were very kind and helpful when dealing with myself both in person and on the phone.
The home was a very friendly place to live for the residents, and I really appreciated all
the care that they received.

My Mother has been a resident at Summerleaze for 11 years. During that time the home has adapted to and more than accommodated her changing needs, which are many. It was her birthday when I visited and although I hadn't reminded anyone they all knew and had given her a 'special' day which she
evidently loved, in her limited capacity. I live some distance away and couldn't be more assured that she is well looked after. It is an extremely well-managed and personal establishment.
