Obviously, the lockdown has changed many aspects of the running of Westmead. Things were getting better up until the covid-19 pandemic. We were hoping that there would be an end to agency staff and a full complement of full-time staff. Also, there would be more drivers, so there could be more
outings. In addition, replacement physio staffing is required, as the physio has left, and more hours are needed for my son I feel.
