Aranlaw is the 5th placement for my brother in 2 1/2 years. Prior to admission the manager + deputy were very professional, listening to our concerns, providing articulate answers and reassurances. I always find a welcoming atmosphere every visit with friendly engaging staff. Greeted with a smile
and creating a comfortable environment. The home provides extensive activities going to great lengths to involve as many residents as possible. Even taking my brother to second hand shops, purely because it makes him happy. His bad habit of smoking has proved difficult in finding suitable accommodation. In Aranlaw he has the freedom in a safe environment to smoke when he wants. Staff recognise the importance smoking is to him, helping him relax at times of anxiety. As a retired nurse I am observant and perhaps see the details others may miss. Staff treat residents' safely, with dignity a priority. This home, I believe, is a template for others to emulate treating residents as individuals.

I visited my long term friend Mark today. The staff here do a wonderful job looking after him. His special needs are handled in a professional and caring way. It's a great place for him.

My mum was cared for by the wonderful team at Aranlaw from September last year until her death at the beginning of this month. She transferred from another care home that could no longer meet her complex needs as she entered the final stages of vascular dementia. During that time the care she
received could not be faulted. The team are professional, caring and compassionate. They worked tirelessly to make my Mum's last few months comfortable and secure. The staff always kept me informed of any concerns about her condition, going above and beyond to resolve any difficulties.
During her end-of-life care, my mum was treated with dignity and respect. The care and support the staff gave to our family was second to none.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Aranlaw.

My grandad has been at Aranlaw House for three years and he is always happy with I visit him. He goes on trips and they take very good care of him. If I need anything from management they are always there to support us.

My uncle was cared for at Aranlaw Care Home. The staff were amazing - he was not married and had no children so we as nieces and nephews were his 'children'. His love of cups of tea was well catered for and he was so happy there.

My breakfast is very tasty and love going out to the beach hut.

I know how difficult my friend can be, and seeing how staff and management deals with him, it is just amazing. They are patient, kind and always try to keep a good sense of humour to such a difficult situation. I know my friend is in good hands and I also feel happy when visiting him. Thank you for

I find it great here, the people are nice, I can move around and do what I like.
The food is great and do all the food I like even when not on the menu.
I am happy my family can come and see me when I want to.

The environment it’s so good, all staff are friendly and very caring, my friend looks so happy and comfortable in there. Food is good and is very clean place! I recommend it, all staff greeting you with a very good and warm welcoming.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards the incredible staff at Luxury Care Homes for the exceptional care they provide to my grandmother. The difference in quality, from her previous residence to now, is night and day. Every member of the staff has shown nothing but compassion, professionalism,

Aranlaw is a wonderful house, every time I visit I have a good time and my friend is always looking nice and I can see the care is outstanding, the activities are really fun and the food is very tasty, I recommend Aranlaw to anyone that is looking for care home.

My mother-in-law who has Alzheimer's disease has been residing at Aranlaw House Care Home for nearly a year. The manager and staff at Aranlaw appear to meet all of her needs plus the needs of all the other residents and I have been very impressed by all the activities arranged for the residents on a
daily basis. My mother-in-law has complex needs so these activities are important to her mental wellbeing and she seems very happy living at Aranlaw. Summing up, I would highly recommend Aranlaw not only for its patient care but also for the way its friendly staff treat all visitors.

I am the husband of a resident who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. My wife has been a resident at Aranlaw House Care Home for almost one year.
Overall, I find Aranlaw House's level of care and support for both my wife and I to be of the highest standard.
I would strongly recommend that others
consider this care home for their loved ones.

My mum has been a resident at Aranlaw House Care Home for over 10 months. She is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Aranlaw is an excellent care home and I would highly recommend others to choose it as their first choice for their relative requiring a residential placement. The manager and her team
consistently endeavour to meet all of Mum's needs and the needs of all residents. Mum has settled well despite her complex issues and this is due to the excellent care approach to her wellbeing, very important to Dad, myself and my family. There is always a positive, lively 'can do' attitude and a superb team of activity coordinators providing a varied and interesting programme of activities, extremely important to my mum and many others.

I visited my friend today and they are so happy and calm and relaxed and happy at Aranlaw House Care Home, it's amazing.
The home is such a nice home and I feel very welcome every time I visit.

Aranlaw House Care Home is very good. I'm very happy at the home and the activities are good. Food is good too, I can't complain. The managers are always happy to help. The home is excellent.

The home is so understanding of dementia and I haven't seen my friend so happy and accepted for many years as she is in this home.

I am very glad to see Mum receiving the best care daily. She feels safe and happy living at Aranlaw House. Mum is well looked after with respect and I want to say a massive thank you to all the caring staff and management. They are all very supportive of the residents and family members.
