My husband has had outstanding care since joining Burnworthy in October 2023. I had been dreading him having to leave me after nearly 70 years together but he has been content and settled very quickly responding to their, kind, calm care. He has kept amazingly well and is calm and relaxed when I
visit him. I couldn't wish for a better, more caring staff and the professionalism is seen in everything they do

My father has been in Burnworthy for just over a year. He suffers from Dementia and probably has no idea where he is. The staff at the Care Home are fantastic, efficient, caring and very supportive of my mother who struggled with the decision to stop caring for him. Couldn't recommend them more
highly.

Excellent service throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. My mother was present over Christmas and New Year as a respite break. She had an enjoyable stay and the close proximity to my home made it easy to visit her.

Everyone at Burnworthy is friendly and welcoming. Mum is well cared for and is always clean and well dressed.
Mum is partially sighted and the staff have tried hard to include her in all activities.

Burnworthy House is all it say's it is, I was fully satisfied with Brian's stay with you.
I would fully recommend it to others. You may see Brian again.

Mum is looked after really well, and am pleased with all the facilities here.

My father has reside at Burnworthy House for 18 months. I cannot speak highly enough of the care that Dad receives.
Dad wants for nothing and from my own observations the staff are superb in their interaction, not only with Dad but also other residents.
Knowing that Dad is happy has taken a huge
weight off of our shoulders.

I visit a resident every Friday afternoon and also join in with the chair exercises, followed by a cup of tea.
The residents I see are very happy, fullfilled & content. The staff are extremely caring & helpful & spend time with residents. Generally, the ambience is calm.

I have been very impressed with all of the staff and facilities and feel mum is in the right location, I love the activities and events you arrange and wish mum took part more, but appreciate she is slowly declining. A Big Thank you.

Burnworthy House is a brilliant, well-managed facility. They cared for my mother for 3 years until she passed away in February 2025. I cannot praise highly enough every member of staff who loved and cared for my mother. They all made her life there very enjoyable. Thank you to Burnworthy from all of
my mother's family and friends.

Mum has been at Burnworthy since December 2023. The staff are fantastic throughout all levels. They keep me informed on all aspects of Mum's care.
Mum is well cared for and settled at Burnworthy. It's a real home from home.

My mother has been at Burnworthy House for nearly two and a half years, during that time, her care has been consistently good. The staff are all very attentive and caring towards her. There is always a range of activities for her to take part in and regular outings which Mum really enjoys. I am very
happy with the care my mum gets and she is very happy living at Burnworthy.

My mother-in-law has now been living in Burnworthy House for nearly two and a half years. She has been cared for very well, particularly after her fall in July 2023 which resulted in a broken hip and subsequent loss of mobility.
As far as I can see, all her needs are taken care of by the staff who
are all very friendly, patient and helpful.

The Burnworthy House team were very attentive and engaged with my family member who was in the last weeks of life. The "welcome home" reception upon return from hospital was clearly uplifting for my aunt and made her last weeks comfortable and peaceful.
My aunt died at Burnworthy after more than
seven years of careful, engaging attention and care from the team. In particular, Burnworthy's help and efficiency in the days before and after my aunt's death were very highly valued and appreciated.

My father-in-law has settled in very happily at Burnworthy House. The staff have done so much to make him feel safe, welcome and supported. They go above and beyond to create such a homely, happy environment and it helps us to feel reassured that he is being cared for at a level that meets his
needs.
Thank you to the manager and all the staff for your commitment and dedication to him and our family.
