The experience at Croft House was excellent, both during my father in laws stay, and following his passing away. The enthusiasm of the management was obvious and this followed down through all staff. Thanks for all your support.

Most welcoming, friendly and caring home. All of the staff from the manager down to the cleaners, happy and smiling. Always happy to assist, nothing too much trouble.

My 90 year old father went in to Croft House in Nov 2025, initially for respite care. He had dementia, mobility problems and was very confused as to why he was there. Unexpectedly he rapidly deteriorated and passed away on 28th December 2025. Although he was only there for 7 weeks the staff got to
know him well and he received amazing care. Croft House is a wonderful place - from the moment we walked in the door we knew we had found the best place for him. Every single member of staff treated Dad with respect, care, kindness and compassion but just as important they made him laugh and smile. My husband and I were always made to feel welcome and treated with warmth and kindness and they truly cared for the whole family. Dad had a lovely room - beautifully decorated, clean, bright and spacious. When Dad deteriorated the staff were amazing- kept me informed the whole time and acted promptly to get him the medical care he needed so he passed away peacefully. I will forever be grateful!

My mum was a resident at Croft House from April until she passed away in November. Our family are truely grateful to Becki and her team for the care and compassion they showed to Mum during her time with them. We take great comfort from the fact that she was in such a caring and friendly
environment and was safe and comfortable in her final months. Croft House is an amazing place, everyone is warm, welcoming and friendly. There are always plenty of activities taking place, communication is always excellent, and residents (and their families) are treated with care, compassion and dignity.

Becki has been really helpful and supportive since I first contacted her by phone to discuss our situation and since my mother has been here every member of staff I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. My mother has dementia so it's a bit difficult to say she's at home here but she is
settled and the staff are very caring and respectful toward her. I'm just so grateful and relieved that she is here and well cared for!

My Mother spent 2 periods of time at Croft House and despite her failing heath and ultimate passing she was very happy on both occasions
Becky and the team could not have looked after her better and made a very difficult time as straightforward as it could have been
I would have no hesitation in
recommending Croft House

Delighted to visit on Mum's birthday, delicious dinner/pudding and cake. Staff always friendly and helpful. Office staff are available when required with problems. Excellent location, would recommend the facilities. Birthday cake was so yummy, thank you to all kitchen staff and candles on the table

My wife spends one day per week at Croft House, as respite care for me. She was diagnosed with Alzheimers several years ago and still lives with me in her own home. We learned of the carers respite facilites at Croft House only a year go, and I am very happy with the care she receives at Croft House
and the activities in which she is able to participate whislt she is there. She is very happy to continue with the current 'one day per week' routine, looks forward to going there, whislt being very happy when I collect her and bring her home.

My mother has been a resident at Croft House for the last 18 months. In that time I have found all the staff, from Management, Carers, Activity Staff, Cleaners, Kitchen Staff and maintenance team to be extremely friendly, helpful and professional at all times. My mum has settled in very well and as
a family we are very grateful for the love and care she receives every single day from the wonderful teams.
When we visit we are made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much for the team on shift.
The manager's door "Is always open" should we ever have any concerns and the staff are always ready for a friendly chat.

My Mum is a new resident with Croft House, coming up for just three weeks. As the only child and living relative it was big deal for both myself and my Mum to come to this decision. From the initial contact and visit, through the assessment with admissions manager at Mum's bungalow to entry into
the home itself went very smoothly. She was so kind and thoughtful with my Mum who was absolutely terrified throughout the process. Everyone made a huge fuss of her on arrival and made her feel welcome. There have been a few hiccups but to be expected whilst the staff get used to Mum and vice-versa. I haven't really had a chance to observe Mum in the home but am spending time there this weekend. I am kept informed on a regular basis and all the staff are happy to take my calls when I check in. Mum seems to be socialising with other residents, joining in with the activities and loves the food. So far so good so keeping everything crossed it continues.

Croft House goes above and beyond every day for their residents. My Mother has been there since December 2023 and has never looked so happy and well.. This is ALL down to the incredible care provided. Led by the manager the Team are just wonderful, they work tirelessly to give the residents the
best experience and nothing is too much trouble. They also look after the families when visiting and went as far as to do a tea party for my Mothers 80th Birthday. THEY ARE AMAZING

My Aunt is being cared for in the home as she is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. I find the home to be well managed and maintained. My Aunt is happy there and I am confident she is being well cared for. The staff are always attentive and caring. Unfortunately I live a long way from the home
but I am regularly updated as to her health and welfare between visits.

Mum has only been in Croft House since December 2024 but has settled in well and enjoys the activities, the lovely food and the wonderful views!
All the staff are kind and caring and it is great peace of mind to know she is now safe and well cared for.

My wife has settled in well and seems very content to live at Croft House. The staff are all very considerate and always have time to have a friendly word and a smile with her, which makes her happy. The food is very good, so she enjoys her meals and eats well. I am always informed of any issues and
am regularly asked if I have any questions about her care. The home is very clean and well designed. The garden is accessible, well maintained and provides a good space for going out for some fresh air and exercise. Overall, I am very happy with the home.

From the minute I walked into Croft House, I was immediately impressed, the warm welcome from all the staff, the reception area indicated that Croft House was a very professional and caring set up. The manager was absolutely lovely, giving her time to answer questions and welcome my uncle. The rooms
are clean and spacious with very well adapted ensuite facilities. I have had experience in visiting many care homes over the years and Croft House is so much better by miles. I would highly recommend. A big thank you to all concerned for the care you have given my uncle.

The staff are friendly and helpful and many have become friends. This is a well run home.

Croft House is such a caring place. I am so happy my mum has moved here. I have peace of mind knowing her needs are being met with kindness, compassion and with smiles and laughter. Croft House is staffed with warm and friendly people who are professional but feel like family.
The outside area is
kept neat and tidy, though it would be lovely if there were more money available to be able to plant the beds with flowers. However, they so very well with the resources they have. Croft House is always clean and tidy which is a credit to all who work there. The food is good too!
