The staff on Stourhead Unit are great and communicate any issues or changes straight away. Mum's wellbeing has improved since she moved there over a year ago. She has made friends and is much happier than when she was at home with live-in care.

Longbridge Deverill home continues to be a really positive thing. During this very difficult period. Knowing that the carers, staff and everyone involved in my wife's care are doing a good job and caring for her with kindness and compassion is invaluable to me and my wellbeing too. I am very relieved that I can feel confident that my wife is being well cared for through the excellent hard work that everyone involved at the home is doing.

I cannot speak too highly of the care my wife receives, staff are all highly committed. My wife is treated with the utmost care, courtesy and her dignity is always protected.

My family's experience during the 8 weeks my husband has been in the home has been wholly positive. The facilities are excellent and all the staff are attentive and caring: nothing is too much trouble. This kindness has also been shown to me when I visit as they realise my new reality of living a part from my husband is not easy. Visiting is very convenient as there are no set hours and pets are welcome so seeing the family dog has given my husband much pleasure. The manager and senior nursing staff have been available when a request has been made to ask questions or have an update on progress. Communication between the home and my family has been very good. The staff go above and beyond expectations - my husband recently had a birthday and afternoon tea with cake was provided: amazing!

My husband is a recent arrival but has settled right away and he is calm and tranquil. The whole atmosphere is friendly, peaceful and with a lovely sense of openness. The staff are helpful, kind and professional. The security to excellent and the buildings well designed for tier purposes. So pleased he is here.

From our first initial visit to present I couldn't fault the management + staff. Very polite courteous and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I know my dad is in good hands and I can at last sleep at night knowing someone is always on hand.

My wife was looked after in an exemplary way at all times. She was treated with love and respect. Myself and my family have been very happy with the level of care she received. We cannot fault the staff in any way and we want to thank all who took care of my wife during her stay at Longbridge.

The care and support my Mum has received in the past month and a half since arriving at Longbridge Deverill has been fantastic, but it doesn't stop with the support Mum has received, but me too! Mum was particularly unwell and I was able to stay for several nights to offer comfort to Mum and my needs were looked after too! Mum has improved significantly and the peace of mind being there with her helped her and me. She is in great hands and settling in well.

The experience and treatment that my mother has received here has been nothing short of exemplary and wonderful. She has settled, been cared for, been comforted and reassured during her entire time here. We (her family) are so grateful to each staff and team member for providing such care and personal attention. Thank you.

My dad has been at Longbridge for a few months now and is settling in well. It's a pleasant environment for him and the staff are always on hand to help. I feel Dad has settled so well because of the staff! I have no concerns with the care Dad is getting. The trips out have been amazing and the activities on offer help Dad during the days. We are so pleased Dad is at Longbridge.

All the staff are very friendly and so kind whilst looking after Mum. We have updates if anything happens and they always go the extra mile. Very good facilities which are always clean and tidy.

The care home is really superb, the staff are always outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. A very highly recommended care home.

The team at Longbridge Deverill House continue to provide exceptional dementia care for my father. Staff on Wylye are dedicated and show high levels of professionalism and compassion. The team leader is keen to keep us updated, she responds swiftly and openly to any questions we have raised when visiting. It is reassuring to know that the team understand and can meet my father's needs.

This was something of a special occasion as other relatives came from abroad especially. 4 visitors and a resident for lunch. The table was laid beautifully. Good food and the staff was very helpful. 10/10.

My mother feels at home. This is a huge relief for us as a family. She has company when she wants it, and privacy when needed. The staff are brilliant, and her sense of security and contentment is palpable. The layout of the home gives a lot of freedom to explore and stay safe. We highly recommend.

Having lost my darling sister on the 23rd of April I have had the opportunity over 10 days to watch the staff, both nursing and others at their very best. The compassion and kindness shown to my sister and her family passed all expectations. Wonderful care was given to us all. Their patience with the other patients was still visible through a very difficult time. Thank you all.

The nursing home had to manage a difficult situation due to dementia which they did with care and excellent communication with the family at all times. Thank you to the manager and his team.

My mother moved in March and has been so happy compared to the other nursing home. The staff are so different towards her and her whole demeanour has changed for the better. She has a lovely room with a lovely view outside and has bird feeders on her windows. it all makes her so happy. We couldn't wish for a better place for her to be.

I have found Longbridge Deverill House and Nursing Home to be very professional, friendly also accommodating and I would recommend it to family and friends.
