It has been a pleasure watching my Grans first few weeks at the care home and her progress which has all been down to the incredible staff. June is happy and above everything this is what matters. All the staff are friendly, efficient, very helpful, compassionate and the care they provide is second to none. Without all of these healthcare workers this home would not be what is for all the residents, a home from home. Such a wonderful place to be and so comforting that we know our Gran is getting the amazing care that she does.

When I came to see my father in law, I was very impressed. Both the home and the staff, they were very welcoming on arrival, and I find it a good environment, he has settled in very well and feels well cared for, I know my husband is more relaxed knowing his father is so well cared for.

Exceptional care, my nan has been so happy since moving back in the Spring. She is entertained daily and the home keeps us all up to date by social media and photos. Whenever we visit we get a private space to be a family and are brought tea which makes the experience more homely.

I cannot recommend this home enough, the level of care is like no other. Its very welcoming and all the staff have a family nature about them.

A friendly caring home. Carers are friendly and ready to help resident straight away. Entertainment is brilliant.

The staff are really lovely and very caring and keep the family informed as to all details concerning our dad. They make it as homely as they can.

We came to the Christmas party. All the residents and staff were having a brilliant time. The staff were really attentive to the residents, getting them involved. My mother in law is very happy and always enjoys our time with her. Love how much the staff are so much for the residents, always the same faces, its fantastic.

I am very happy that my Dad is a resident of Clarendon House. He likes the staff and the residents which in turn allows me to relax in the knowledge that he is both relaxed and feels like he is in a safe environment. The staff are very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. My Dad is comfortable here, he enjoys the food and is settled. I am happy that they have a close working relationship wtih the local doctors should the need arise. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We recently moved Mum into Clarendon House from another where they were unable to provide the care required. Tracey - Care Manager made this whole process very easy. The care and compassion was superb. She made the family feel good about the move. The staff in the home have given us the confidence that Mum will be well looked after.

The staff make us feel so welcome. Their patience and kindness is brilliant. The leader is fantastic. The process to move my mum in to the home was very reassuring.

I have just had a lovely time seeing my wife Judy. She is being so well looked after by a very caring staff. We have just celebrated her birthday where the staff really made her day.

I have visited on only 3 occasions. The staff have always been polite and helpful on the phone and always offered me refreshments on my arrival. My friend is obviously happy and she appears well cared for. Her daughter, with whom I am in contact, cannot speak too highly of the care home and its staff and the care and support her mother is receiving.

We came here for the family Xmas party Such a good afternoon and so much effort put into include all the residents The singer was interactive with the guys The staff are very attentive and willing to help

My mum has recently moved into Clarendon House Care Home and we are extremely impressed with every aspect of her care tailored to her individual needs leaving us worry free.

We made the perfect choice of care home for our mum. A difficult decision made easier with the support of the Clarendon House team for us and mum. The care provided and facilities are excellent in a stimulating and fun environment. Thank you.
