All the staff are friendley and allways help my dad when he needs it .
He enjoys the music and singers they have every week that is put on by kaz
My dad also likes the food and drinks he gets regular in the day.

On the whole week are pleased with the home, there is lots of entertainment to keep the residents happy and engaged which is so important.
My relative is generally happy as she can be at Netherton Green, she likes to spend her days with the other residents.
We find the communication lacks at
times between the staff, and the night staff being unkind but we have addressed this with the manager and thats has been better.

I have found Netherton Green care home to be extremely well organised, with a professional and approachable manager Fiona who maintains an open-door policy.
The staff are caring, compassionate, friendly, and highly professional in their approach to both residents and relatives. They always take
the time to listen and clearly explain any concerns or suggestions, which is very reassuring for families.
The home itself is very clean, welcoming, and has a relaxed, happy atmosphere created by the entire team. Housekeeping standards are exceptional, and the laundry service is also excellent.
Meals are thoughtfully prepared, with menus that cater to all residents' nutritional, cultural, and dietary needs.
There is a wide range of activities and social events available, helping residents stay engaged, happy, and content.
The medical team is excellent, and both residents and relatives are kept fully informed about any changes, concerns, or health issues.
I would recommend 100%

My mom moved here in May 25 due to her parkinsons becoming worse and needing nursing care. The staff and management have all been amazing in supporting my mom aswell as the family with this transition in what was a very hard time. My mom is very well looked after and supported.
My mom is offered
choices with her meals and drinks aswell as activities she wants to do.
The communication between the home,my mom and family is fantastic.
I cannot thank the staff enough for all they do. I can finally sleep at night knowing my mom is looked after.

I could not ask for better staff, they show care and compassion not only to my mother in law to to family members. They have activities and fates to raise funds to support residents entertainment. Family are welcomed to be involved with our loved one living there! I honestly would highly recommend
to anyone looking for care home for their loved one!

I was so glad, that got a place here! I've not been so busy, as my family help so quickly. I did felt that I'd be happy. When I had burgers which was awful! I went to my daughter far and was felt that she needed her flat. With a short time I got the flat here. Happy here!

During his stay he was loved and very well cared for. The staff were lovely, patient and very caring. The facilities were very pleasant with plenty of space and multiple seating areas. Resident rooms were nice with ample storage space and TV. Reluctantly had to move him, due to his Alzheimers
becoming more advanced. We would be very happy to recommend Netherton Green.

My mum has been so happy, enjoying new experiences that wouldn't have been available to her at home with her advancing dementia. It was good that she had a safe environment to be in with staff who cared. I would like to give a special shout out to three members of staff in particular, who were so
good at dealing with any problems that arose. Also, thank you to the activities coordinator for organising the various activities in the home.

Wonderful care for my mother in Windmill House. All staff were kind and considerate. Particularly, two members of staff, who were professional, incredibly patient and treated everyone as valued individuals.

I spent a week and a day there with my brother on end of life care. He was very well looked after the staff were friendly and caring fetching me a cup of tea as I have trouble walking. Talking and letting know they were there very comforting. I was very happy with the care they gave him in his last
days.

Considering these buildings are adapted as opposed to purpose built they are extremely well used and fulfil the purpose very well.

My opinions about Netherton Green are positive. The food is good, staff are very good. The whole place is excellent. My view is it's a very good place to come to keeping residents happy with games to play and entertainment.

The workers always make sure my nan is taken care of. I think that it's a really good home and everything I can say about it here is positive.
Overall, I believe that the whole home is excellent and has helped massively over time.

My mom was it the home for 5 years. She was treated with the care dignity and love she needed. all the staff were polite caring nothing was to much trouble the care was. excellent.

If you want to have your relative cared for then this is the home to use. The staff are amazing. Nothing matters but the client's needs. Fabulous home. Wonderful staff. Activities schedule above and beyond. Thank you.

My nan has been in this home for roughly 4 weeks after moving from another nursing home in the area. From what I have observed on my visits the staff are lovely and always willing to help. My nan always appears to be clean and comfortable.
Food options are much better than in her previous home and
there are more options for activities.

After a very bad experience at another nursing home, Netherton Green is a breath of fresh air. Within a week I have been able to put my full trust in the staff. Mum is always well-fed, clean and treated with dignity and care. The communication from all staff is exceptional. Always informing me on my
daily visits of her health and well-being. Thank you to all the staff at Netherton Green

Personalised care for my dad, cannot fault staff, very caring, nothing too much trouble. Meals are excellent and if Dad doesn't like anything will make him something different, nothing too much trouble. A big thank you to all the caring staff/team/manager.

Dad moved into Darby House end of June. Settled very quickly and appears to be happy. Staff extremely helpful and very caring towards all patients. Staff go out of their way to assist with anything he requires. 100% satisfied with the care he has received.
