My aunty came to Hilltop Lodge on 31st December, in which she came from London, the staff have extremely well with all of her needs and our wishes. Hilltop Lodge have treated with respect and dignity, even Auntie's family, nothing is too much trouble.
Aunty has settled in well here through all the
staff.
She talks about her flat in London sometimes, but she says she's not lonely now, so we are happy.

It's been a good experience, staff were fine and very helpful, make sure we all safe and very content and looked after. Everyone is friendly, and there is always someone there to help you. Staff are very good with any problems you may have and help all they can.

We have appreciated all the help and consideration given by the team here at Hilltop Lodge. From the very first minute being here, we have experienced a very caring professional team who have delivered a service second to none. We consider the standards and services provided well above what is

We cannot express how truly grateful we are for the care and compassion you showed our mom in her time of need. Making the difficult decision to place her into a care home was incredibly hard for us as a family, but from the very first day you treared her with dignity, respect and genuine kidness.
We could not have wished for her to be anywhere else during the final phase of her life. We will be uternally grateful to everyone of you. Please continue the wonderful work you do. - It means more than words can day to so many families.

Excellent care given to Mom. All staff go over and above to meet her needs and to make sure she is happy. Staff not only care for Mom, but they are also there for me and have shown love and support for me too.
Mom is loved and cared for. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to all staff.

The staff could not have been more caring and helpful, Olive was treated with the utmost care and dignity. We could not have been more pleased with her treatment. Many thanks to all in particular Bluebell Suite.

Since my nan has been here, she has come on massively. I cannot fault this home the staff are so welcoming and inform you of everything you need to know. Overall, am really pleased with Hilltop Lodge.

I have found the facilities to be excellent. The staff are dedicated to the residents. Very helpful and understanding. They deal with emergencies with professionalism. Overall, this care home is excellent and I would recommend it to everyone.

I have been in a good many nursing homes over the years, but I find Hill Top Lodge the best one that I have ever been in. The staff are all lovely. They are very good and helpful in anything they do, looking after all the residents. There are plenty of activities they do with the residents every
day. My sister loves it here, and she is certainly looked after well by all the staff. Even the staff on the reception desk are lovely, welcoming you into the building with a lovely smile and greeting on every visit. This home and staff are wonderful.

Hilltop Lodge is a great care home. The staff are great they understand every residents needs including my grandmother. They go above and beyond for my grandmother she could not be happier than she is here. The care home is 10/10 clean & friendly. They engage well with all residents and I genuinely
think they are all angels. They also engage well with family members as for everyone who ends up in here through unfortunate times. All I can say is keep up the good work and me and my family thank all the staff for the work they do.

The care shown to my father in my opinion has been exemplary. The senior staff team and all of their team/colleagues have liaised with our family expertly and professionally throughout. Dad is now a permanent resident at Hill Top Lodge and we feel fortunate to have a place here for him. Thank you to
all of the staff we have had contact with making this difficult decision to place dad's care in someone else's hands, such a positive experience.

Staff are always smiling and polite. Mum interacts really well with certain staff, she definitely has her favourites. It is always tidy and clean. The staff include all residents who can enjoy the activities, mum enjoys activities though it tires her out.

Throughout the six months of moms care, she was treated with dignity and respect, from management, nurses, care staff, cleaners, and even the receptionists. The care mom had at Hilltop Lodge was second to none. All staff went above and beyond in their duties to look after mom. Courteous and polite
with family members too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend Hilltop Lodge.

Thank you for the care, love and support that you gave my Mom in the time she spent with you, my heart could burst. You gave Mom so much love, care, and dignity and loved her like family from management, reception, nurses and carers. Mom spent a little time in a few homes before she came here.
Nothing and I mean nothing comes close to Hill Top Lodge, be proud you are the best!
