We can not thank you enough for caring for our mum so well. Hilltop Lodge is an outstanding care home. Staff are wonderful, pleasant and go out of their way to make her stay so comfortable. Activities are provided on a day to day basis and my mam is very happy. Thank you all.

I have been in a good many nursing homes over the years, but I find Hill Top Lodge the best one that I have ever been in. The staff are all lovely. They are very good and helpful in anything they do, looking after all the residents. There are plenty of activities they do with the residents every day.
My sister loves it here, and she is certainly looked after well by all the staff. Even the staff on the reception desk are lovely, welcoming you into the building with a lovely smile and greeting on every visit. This home and staff are wonderful.

Hilltop Lodge is a great care home. The staff are great they understand every residents needs including my grandmother. They go above and beyond for my grandmother she could not be happier than she is here. The care home is 10/10 clean & friendly. They engage well with all residents and I genuinely
think they are all angels. They also engage well with family members as for everyone who ends up in here through unfortunate times. All I can say is keep up the good work and me and my family thank all the staff for the work they do.

The care shown to my father in my opinion has been exemplary. The senior staff team and all of their team/colleagues have liaised with our family expertly and professionally throughout. Dad is now a permanent resident at Hill Top Lodge and we feel fortunate to have a place here for him. Thank you to

Staff are always smiling and polite. Mum interacts really well with certain staff, she definitely has her favourites. It is always tidy and clean. The staff include all residents who can enjoy the activities, mum enjoys activities though it tires her out.

Throughout the six months of moms care, she was treated with dignity and respect, from management, nurses, care staff, cleaners, and even the receptionists. The care mom had at Hilltop Lodge was second to none. All staff went above and beyond in their duties to look after mom. Courteous and polite with
family members too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend Hilltop Lodge.

I will be forever grateful for everything you did for my grandad during the time he was at Hilltop Lodge. Four members of staff in particular and all the carers thank you from the bottom of my heart. I won't ever forget you for what you did for my grandad from football to National Pear Day to looking

My mother has been in the care of Hilltop for some time now and I have nothing but respect for all the staff. You look after my mother. She is treated very well. She is always clean and the meals she gets a very nice and plenty of. The staff are very helpful and polite. I can recommend with honesty

Thank you so much for the care and patience you have. Mum came to Hilltop, with us knowing her stay was not going to be very long. But, the end-of-life care was absolutely first class. Her last day, so much care and respect was shown to her, that it made the day so much easier to cope with. Thank you.

My aunt has received very professional care with dignity and friendship which extended to myself and her brother. All staff from management to reception to nursing staff have conducted themselves very well. I would be happy to receive similar care myself should the need arise.
