Cared for Mum for the last 3 months of her life.

We have found the home very welcoming and my brother is very well cared for.
He is happy to be living in such a friendly happy atmosphere his health and well being has improved.
100% absolutely pleasure to visit him. The management is very helpful as are all the nursing staff.

I couldn't wish for my Dad to be in better care. It is the same if I was here myself. I cannot recommend you highly enough. My Dad is currently on Sunflower Unit and the staff there have been just great. I received a lot of support from the unit manager but from all the other girls as well. Thank you
for all the care provided to my Dad.

Dad originally went to Hilltop in October 2019 for respite care, but as he realised he couldn't cope alone at home he decided to stay.
The staff gave us my dad back, and they got his sparkle back. All of the staff looked after Dad with love and care.
In his final days; all of the staff gave him
support, love and respect, giving him his dignity until his passing.
Each and everyone at Hilltop supported Dad and us his family throughout difficult times, and for that, we will always be grateful. Thank you.

The carers are excellent with my wife, they show true compassion with the residents, even the most challenging of residents. There is always a smile and there have been times when I have needed support as well as my wife and they have always given it. A truly wonderful home. They have different activities
including a summer fete and Christmas fayres where everyone is invited.

The home appears to be regularly reviewed and updated as needed. The wooden floor makes a huge change to the facility. The staff are all extremely helpful in the way that they look after the residents. They continually engage with them throughout the day, getting them to undertake activities. All of

The staff and care provided by Hilltop Lodge is excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.
Hilltop Lodge is constantly being cleaned, and there is a varied menu both of food and activities to keep the residents involved. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mum has been a resident of the care home now for just over two years, and in that time, she has come to look at it as her permanent home. She feels safe and secure, and I know that any issues there might be they will quickly escalate the problem and deal with it appropriately. I'm always kept well
informed of any changed that might occur in-between visits.
The staff are not only her carers but also her friends. She's treated with respect and patience.

Hilltop Lodge is an extraordinary place. There is a level of compassion and human kindness here that is often missing from everyday life. My relative came here without proper identification and it was a challenge for them to locate us. While waiting to make contact, Hilltop Lodge took great pains to
make sure my relative was cared for; received the necessary medical attention; and was treated with respect and kindness.
My relative was afforded the grace the providers would give to their own family without even knowing if he had one of his own. I am grateful for their compassion, attention to detail and willingness to ensure my relative's safety and well-being.
