My mum has been a resident of the care home now for just over two years, and in that time, she has come to look at it as her permanent home. She feels safe and secure, and I know that any issues there might be they will quickly escalate the problem and deal with it appropriately. I'm always kept well
informed of any changed that might occur in-between visits.
The staff are not only her carers but also her friends. She's treated with respect and patience.

Hilltop Lodge is an extraordinary place. There is a level of compassion and human kindness here that is often missing from everyday life. My relative came here without proper identification and it was a challenge for them to locate us. While waiting to make contact, Hilltop Lodge took great pains to
make sure my relative was cared for; received the necessary medical attention; and was treated with respect and kindness.
My relative was afforded the grace the providers would give to their own family without even knowing if he had one of his own. I am grateful for their compassion, attention to detail and willingness to ensure my relative's safety and well-being.
