Our heartful gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care our sister Manjit has been receiving. It is evident that she is in a warm, welcoming environment where her needs are met with compassion and professionalism. The staff genuinely care about their residents. Everyday we have witnessed their
dedication and commitment to providing highest quality care. The nursing team are skilled and attentive. One of the standout aspects of this facility is how the foster a sense of community including the extra support from activities coordinator.

Mum and dad both at Tithe Farm, the last few months dad has been experiencing some anxiety and distress at night times, setting his alarm off many many times, he was wanting to see his wife. The manager at Tithe Farm called us in to discuss. She came up with a plan to move dad closer to his wife (mum).
Since doing this dad has been so much happier thanks to Gianina and her experience she was able to come up with a safe plan for dad. We couldn't be happier with this nursing home.

Since my aunt moved into Tithe Farm, she has settled in remarkably well, and I couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff have been welcoming, attentive and have gone above and beyond to make her feel at home. What has impressed me most is the time they have taken to get to know her
as an individual. When I mentioned that she loves gardening, the manager immediately bought some plants, and the very next day my aunt was happily planting hanging baskets in the garden. They have encouraged her to join in activities, helping her settle in quickly and make new friends. The grounds are beautiful. During a lunch visit, we saw a stag, rabbits and squirrels, which made the setting even more special. Her room is large, comfortable and filled with her home comforts. Although she has only been there a short time, I am confident she will enjoy many happy years there. I cannot thank the manager and staff enough for their kindness, dedication and genuine care.

My father's stay at Youell Court was short but wonderful. As soon as we entered to look around we were made most welcome and could immediately see this was like a home environment in every way. This was reinforced from the moment he moved in when he and all his family were made most welcome and all
staff were clearly fully engaged with making his care the best it could be. Management were always approachable and kept us fully informed of any events occuring or changes to his care plan required as his condition changed over time. His final days were made as comfortable as possible and managed with his best interests uppermost in everyones mind. I cannot thank all the staff at Youell Court enough for taking such great care of Dad and making him feel so loved.

The banner on the gate to Tithe Farm Care Home states Good. To which I strongly disagree. The care and quality of cleanliness is better than my home. Care and quality to the respected residents is unwavable, this also extends to visitors. The care and quality of food preperation and presentation is
enviable, there are menu sheets with choices, and they still try to accomodate request like 'I just want a bag of crisps for tea'. The grade on that banner should be excellent or at minimum very good. Well done.

Greathed Manor is located in a most beautiful and serene location in the middle of the English countryside. It is perfect for my father who has lived on a farm his whole life. Since my father arrived 6 weeks ago, GM has provided care with dignity, kindness and lots of smiles. The staff, both carers
and administration have been responsive and receptive to all comments and requests. GM has provided peace of mind which is invaluable as I am not a UK resident.

My mum went to Meppershall from hospital. We had not visited prior and it was both mum and myself first experience within a care home so we were not sure what to expect. We were both immediately welcomed and made to feel at ease. It is a very bright and spacious home and we were both pleasantly surprised.
Mum stayed for 8 weeks and I can honestly say within that short amount of time it started to feel like home, the care and kindness all of the staff given not only to my mum but myself was amazing. I was constantly kept updated with mum's treatment and any health issues and it was lovely to see my mum bond and build relationships with the staff. Everyone from the nursing/care staff, admin, entertainment and housekeeping did their upmost to make mum's stay as comfortable as possible. Personally I also found the team very supportive, and always having a smile or a wave when I visited meant so much. I can't thank Meppershall enough for looking after us, it really is a wonderful place.

My Uncle was admitted to the home in February 2025 in Bedfordshire which was a jolt to him as he lived in Kidlington Oxfordshire. It was on the advice of Social Services and the medical profession to be near relatives.
His room was one of the best, it was spatial with ensuite, chairs etc. The staff
were brilliant in settling him in.
He was a character and all the staff knew of him in a positive light. There was a connection especially when the drinks trolley came round twice a day, hot tea, three sugars and a biscuit.
The Staff were forward thinking in that they actively engaged with the residents . The staff took the residents down the local pub, I joined them on one visit and they all enjoyed themselves. They found out that my Uncle was in the RAF, National Service so they arranged a visit to Duxford. He had a passion for cars so there was a visit to Silverstone to look at the cars.
The medical team in the home were at the top of their game for the benefit of my Uncle.

From the moment mum entered Hilltop, she was treated with respect and dignity by all of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble from the sisters, nursing staff, carers to reception; if we had any queries, we only had to ask, and it was dealt with. All the staff cared for Mum with compassion.

Our uncle went to the home in February 2025. The family is very impressed by the care and love he experienced. That love and care extended to us too. The home took time to understand what would make him happy and took him to places including Duxford Air Museum, Silverstone, local museums and, his favourite,
shopping in Milton Keynes. All the staff contributed to his mental and physical wellbeing, and were with him at the end of his life. We are so grateful, and so pleased we chose Meppershall for our uncle.

New Meppershall Care Home was wonderfully supportive in the care of my father. We found the care home extremely clean and well run; attentive caring staff, well prepared meals, regular updates on health matters and we were always made very welcome when visiting.
Of particular note was the support given
to us in celebrating my father's 100th birthday - the planning and thought put into the celebrations was very much appreciated.
We would highly recommend New Meppershall as a warm, welcoming and well run facility.
