Yesterday the home pulled out all the stops for their summer B.B.Q. Every resident except those totally bedridden were "encouraged" to join in even if it was only looking through a door. It was a day of family unity over 3 or 4 generations just enjoying the sunshine and the "beach" also the food selection was exceptional. All the staff on duty or off joined in the fun like old friends. Thank you to all.

I can't fault this care home and the way they look after my nan, every member of staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The level of care here is amazing and makes me feel at ease knowing my nan is in good hands and being well looked after.

From the moment mum went into the care home it has felt warm, peaceful, and truly homely. It is always spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both residents and visitors.

Maggie and all of the staff have been incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. They treat my mum with genuine compassion, dignity, and respect, and it's clear they go above and beyond to ensure she is happy and well looked after.

Knowing that my mum is receiving such excellent care gives me real peace of mind. I am so grateful to Maggie and the whole team for everything they do, and I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for a loved one.

Since Jill moved into Tithe Farm around 5 year ago the Standard of her care has been outstanding. Gionina the manager is so friendly and warm and understanding. She answers any questions updates us and we feel that she looks after Jill really well. Jill loves the staff and always talks warmly of them. Unfortunately recently Jill's health has declined. My experience of Tithe Farm is a well managed care facility with wonderful staff. Especially Gionina the manager + Alex + Magda.

We wished she could have stayed there but received amazing support to get mum into a fantastic home.

I don't know what I would have done without Village Green. They take such good care of my husband. I can't speak highly enough.

I moved my brother to Village Green in April after he had been in another care home for 3.5 years. I had become increasig concerned about his well-being in the previous home but was reluctant to move him in case his mental health declined. I should have done it much, much sooner. Initially he went to Village Green on a 4 week respite basis but thankfully he has now become permanent. From the start of his move, Pawel and his amazing staff have been so supportive to both my brother and myself. I used to dread going to see him in the old home as I never knew what state he would be in but now I can visit without worry. I cannot thank everyone at Village Green enough - they are all kind, caring, supportive and compassionate. The whole team are welcoming - the management team, office staff, carers, cleaners, maintentance and catering. Their communication is excellent so I am always kept informed of any problems that occur. A shining example of how to do dementia care.

Overall excellent experience really. Want to settle us all into the situation. My father has one to one care everyone shows empathy and carers.

Our heartful gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care our sister Manjit has been receiving. It is evident that she is in a warm, welcoming environment where her needs are met with compassion and professionalism. The staff genuinely care about their residents. Everyday we have witnessed their dedication and commitment to providing highest quality care. The nursing team are skilled and attentive. One of the standout aspects of this facility is how the foster a sense of community including the extra support from activities coordinator.

My daughter's and myself came to view Village Green on 30th March 2026 due to my husband being discharged from hospital. When we first came through the doors we were made to feel welcomed. The staff are really remarkable so friendly, caring and nothing is too much. We decided there and them this is where we wanted him to be.

My mum has settled into Tithe Farm very well. She is happy and comfortable. The staff are extremely approachable and they treat mum with a huge amount of respect mum's room is bright and airy. I am always made to feel very welcome at all times. This is mums home and as a family we are very happy that she is here and is so happy.

Mum and dad both at Tithe Farm, the last few months dad has been experiencing some anxiety and distress at night times, setting his alarm off many many times, he was wanting to see his wife. The manager at Tithe Farm called us in to discuss. She came up with a plan to move dad closer to his wife (mum). Since doing this dad has been so much happier thanks to Gianina and her experience she was able to come up with a safe plan for dad. We couldn't be happier with this nursing home.

Since my aunt moved into Tithe Farm, she has settled in remarkably well, and I couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff have been welcoming, attentive and have gone above and beyond to make her feel at home. What has impressed me most is the time they have taken to get to know her as an individual. When I mentioned that she loves gardening, the manager immediately bought some plants, and the very next day my aunt was happily planting hanging baskets in the garden. They have encouraged her to join in activities, helping her settle in quickly and make new friends. The grounds are beautiful. During a lunch visit, we saw a stag, rabbits and squirrels, which made the setting even more special. Her room is large, comfortable and filled with her home comforts. Although she has only been there a short time, I am confident she will enjoy many happy years there. I cannot thank the manager and staff enough for their kindness, dedication and genuine care.

My father's stay at Youell Court was short but wonderful. As soon as we entered to look around we were made most welcome and could immediately see this was like a home environment in every way. This was reinforced from the moment he moved in when he and all his family were made most welcome and all staff were clearly fully engaged with making his care the best it could be. Management were always approachable and kept us fully informed of any events occuring or changes to his care plan required as his condition changed over time. His final days were made as comfortable as possible and managed with his best interests uppermost in everyones mind. I cannot thank all the staff at Youell Court enough for taking such great care of Dad and making him feel so loved.

Greathed Manor is located in a most beautiful and serene location in the middle of the English countryside. It is perfect for my father who has lived on a farm his whole life. Since my father arrived 6 weeks ago, GM has provided care with dignity, kindness and lots of smiles. The staff, both carers and administration have been responsive and receptive to all comments and requests. GM has provided peace of mind which is invaluable as I am not a UK resident.

My mum went to Meppershall from hospital. We had not visited prior and it was both mum and myself first experience within a care home so we were not sure what to expect. We were both immediately welcomed and made to feel at ease. It is a very bright and spacious home and we were both pleasantly surprised. Mum stayed for 8 weeks and I can honestly say within that short amount of time it started to feel like home, the care and kindness all of the staff given not only to my mum but myself was amazing. I was constantly kept updated with mum's treatment and any health issues and it was lovely to see my mum bond and build relationships with the staff. Everyone from the nursing/care staff, admin, entertainment and housekeeping did their upmost to make mum's stay as comfortable as possible. Personally I also found the team very supportive, and always having a smile or a wave when I visited meant so much. I can't thank Meppershall enough for looking after us, it really is a wonderful place.
