I made the enquiry on the Monday morning and by the same afternoon someone come to visit my wife in the rehabilitation centre. My daughter and I visited the home on the
She moved in the following week and everything was seamless, even so that I discovered a few weeks later after speaking to the Home manager that she had only been in position a few days before my wife arrived.
The food is all freshly cooked and the kitchen staff will always offer something off the menu if it does not appeal.
It is unfortunate my wife has ended up here, but I would not have any hesitation on recommending this care home.
Thank you for those kind sentiments. We are always here, for those who live with us and their families. It was an honour.
A big "thank you" to you for your lovely sentiments and for your appreciation for what we do. We loved looking after your mother, who made some friends while she was with us - both among the staff and residents. We hope to see her again.
Thank you for your review and sentiments. Dad was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word and will always be remembered by all here with fond thoughts and memories.
Thank you for those kind words. We are pleased to hear he enjoyed his food, often the highlight of the day, and that he was well looked after. We miss his keen sense of humour and his banter and observations. The staff were very fond of him.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment and I am so pleased we were able to help, albeit for a short while. As a 'family' we always strive to place the person and thier family first and foremost in our care. Your words mean a lot to all of us here.
Thank you for those kind compliments. No matter how long someone may be with us, they and their family become part of our big family. To care for Mum, even for that short time was a privilege; thank you for trusting us with such a precious and important person.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to complete a review of the care your relative received (albeit for a brief period) whilst at Park House. We are delighted to learn that your experience was positive, that you felt that the care was "excellent", and that you were also made to feel at home. We do try to include the extended family as part of the whole family of Park House, so it's good to know that was your experience.
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to complete a review for Park House. It is very much appreciated. We are pleased to see that you commented on the "professionalism and kindness" of the nursing staff, as well as the care staff who you wrote were " kind, friendly, polite and respectful". We enjoyed caring for your mother, and of course, it was a pleasure to see you when you regularly visited her. It felt like you were one of the family here. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming you when you next visit us.
Thank you for those kind words; even though it was for a short while, it was an honour to know her and yourselves. Thank you.

Thank you for those kind words; your friend has been with us now for a few years and is an integral part of our family. You are more than welcome to come and have lunch with your friend when you visit, just let us know so we can inform the kitchen staff.
Thank you for your comments, your uncle was a man who had stories to tell and could entertain for hours. We all came to enjoy the company of a gentleman who brushed shoulders with the elite. I can only apologise for the confusion with his clothing; we will endeavour to ensure this does not happen in future.
Thank you for your review and we hope to continue to give good care. I can only apologise for the door code; due to circumstances there was a necessity to change the code and lock, unfortunately, this was not passed on. We will take this on board for any future change.
Mum has been with us for 11 years and the honour has been all ours. Mum has become a very special person to all of us and we hope to continue to care for her in the future. Thank you, your words mean much so much to us all.
Thank you so much for taking the trouble to review Park House. We are so pleased you find us friendly and caring. Our staff really do care and enjoy the chats and laughs they have with each and every one. Thank you for saying that you would come to Park House if you had to go into a care home - that will be some time way off in the future - but in the meantime, you know you can drop in any time to see your friend and have a cuppa with her.
Thank you. We endeavour to ensure Park House is a 'home' to all those who live here, and those who visit their loved ones
