I am so grateful we chose Youell Court and I would wholeheartedly recommend it.

I can't fault this care home and the way they look after my nan, every member of staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The level of care here is amazing and makes me feel at ease knowing my nan is in good hands and being well looked after.

My father's stay at Youell Court was short but wonderful. As soon as we entered to look around we were made most welcome and could immediately see this was like a home environment in every way. This was reinforced from the moment he moved in when he and all his family were made most welcome and all staff were clearly fully engaged with making his care the best it could be. Management were always approachable and kept us fully informed of any events occuring or changes to his care plan required as his condition changed over time. His final days were made as comfortable as possible and managed with his best interests uppermost in everyones mind. I cannot thank all the staff at Youell Court enough for taking such great care of Dad and making him feel so loved.

From the moment mum entered Hilltop, she was treated with respect and dignity by all of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble from the sisters, nursing staff, carers to reception; if we had any queries, we only had to ask, and it was dealt with. All the staff cared for Mum with compassion.

She talks about her flat in London sometimes, but she says she's not lonely now, so we are happy.

It's been a good experience, staff were fine and very helpful, make sure we all safe and very content and looked after. Everyone is friendly, and there is always someone there to help you. Staff are very good with any problems you may have and help all they can.

We have appreciated all the help and consideration given by the team here at Hilltop Lodge. From the very first minute being here, we have experienced a very caring professional team who have delivered a service second to none. We consider the standards and services provided well above what is necessary. Thank you all.

We cannot express how truly grateful we are for the care and compassion you showed our mom in her time of need. Making the difficult decision to place her into a care home was incredibly hard for us as a family, but from the very first day you treared her with dignity, respect and genuine kidness. We could not have wished for her to be anywhere else during the final phase of her life. We will be uternally grateful to everyone of you. Please continue the wonderful work you do. - It means more than words can day to so many families.

Hill Top Lodge and all the staff are excellent, they are all caring, and look after my mum and I have no worries, while she is in their care.

I have found the facilities to be excellent. The staff are dedicated to the residents. Very helpful and understanding. They deal with emergencies with professionalism. Overall, this care home is excellent and I would recommend it to everyone.

I have been in a good many nursing homes over the years, but I find Hill Top Lodge the best one that I have ever been in. The staff are all lovely. They are very good and helpful in anything they do, looking after all the residents. There are plenty of activities they do with the residents every day. My sister loves it here, and she is certainly looked after well by all the staff. Even the staff on the reception desk are lovely, welcoming you into the building with a lovely smile and greeting on every visit. This home and staff are wonderful.
