Yesterday the home pulled out all the stops for their summer B.B.Q. Every resident except those totally bedridden were "encouraged" to join in even if it was only looking through a door. It was a day of family unity over 3 or 4 generations just enjoying the sunshine and the "beach" also the food selection was exceptional. All the staff on duty or off joined in the fun like old friends. Thank you to all.

Since Jill moved into Tithe Farm around 5 year ago the Standard of her care has been outstanding. Gionina the manager is so friendly and warm and understanding. She answers any questions updates us and we feel that she looks after Jill really well. Jill loves the staff and always talks warmly of them. Unfortunately recently Jill's health has declined. My experience of Tithe Farm is a well managed care facility with wonderful staff. Especially Gionina the manager + Alex + Magda.

Our heartful gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care our sister Manjit has been receiving. It is evident that she is in a warm, welcoming environment where her needs are met with compassion and professionalism. The staff genuinely care about their residents. Everyday we have witnessed their dedication and commitment to providing highest quality care. The nursing team are skilled and attentive. One of the standout aspects of this facility is how the foster a sense of community including the extra support from activities coordinator.

My mum has settled into Tithe Farm very well. She is happy and comfortable. The staff are extremely approachable and they treat mum with a huge amount of respect mum's room is bright and airy. I am always made to feel very welcome at all times. This is mums home and as a family we are very happy that she is here and is so happy.

Mum and dad both at Tithe Farm, the last few months dad has been experiencing some anxiety and distress at night times, setting his alarm off many many times, he was wanting to see his wife. The manager at Tithe Farm called us in to discuss. She came up with a plan to move dad closer to his wife (mum). Since doing this dad has been so much happier thanks to Gianina and her experience she was able to come up with a safe plan for dad. We couldn't be happier with this nursing home.

Since my aunt moved into Tithe Farm, she has settled in remarkably well, and I couldn't be happier with the care she has received. The staff have been welcoming, attentive and have gone above and beyond to make her feel at home. What has impressed me most is the time they have taken to get to know her as an individual. When I mentioned that she loves gardening, the manager immediately bought some plants, and the very next day my aunt was happily planting hanging baskets in the garden. They have encouraged her to join in activities, helping her settle in quickly and make new friends. The grounds are beautiful. During a lunch visit, we saw a stag, rabbits and squirrels, which made the setting even more special. Her room is large, comfortable and filled with her home comforts. Although she has only been there a short time, I am confident she will enjoy many happy years there. I cannot thank the manager and staff enough for their kindness, dedication and genuine care.

I'm hoping my children will put me in Tithe Farm Care Home when the time comes.

First of all I would like to say thank you for the excellent care that my nan received @ Tithe Farm. Although nan knew this wasn't her home, she felt the care she received was attentive and respectful. Nan specially enjoyed Nik the singer and looked forward to being able to spend time in the garden and watching the wildlife in the summer. Nan held a special bond with all of the staff. Thank you to the entire team who have not only been there for nan but for our whole family.

I cannot speak highly enough about Tithe Farm. It is a perfect place to receive care for your loved ones.

My experience visiting the care home weekly has been a pleasure. All the staff have been very accommodating.

Lovely environment with friendly staff who can't do enough to help visitors & service users. The home itself is beautiful & always clean, love the fact that they encourage local wildlife to visit the garden with feeders.

This care home is in an exceptional location but more importantly, the staff & management have been outstanding in their support for my mother and the wider family. I can only give top marks in this survey.

A wonderful caring home all the staff were so very caring not just to my mum but also towards me as my dear mum was being cared for end of life all staff and management are dedicated to their roles thank al so much.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and everyone from the manager to the ancillary staff are always so approachable, which makes it a pleasure to visit the home as it has such a wonderful family feeling. Isn't this what we all want for our loved ones ?

Dad has been at Tithe Farm since Sept 2024. We have been so happy with the care, love and respect that he receives. All the staff are happy and friendly, and activities are always on for the residents, and Dad is always helped to take part.

My husband has been a resident at Tithe Farm for the past 14 months and has settled in well. This I'm sure is due to the caring staff and management. The staff are always friendly and helpful when we visit. We are very happy he is well cared for.

The staff here are so very caring, compassionate, and respectful. I am very grateful to all who cared for and helped my mum. The house and grounds are wonderful and there are many daily activities for residents and family to enjoy. Thank you.

I attended the summer BBQ and all I can say is "thank you" to all the staff for making it such a wonderful afternoon for residents and families (young and old) to enjoy together. The petting of the animals was a great idea and experience for Mum - she had not been that close to animals before. Food was lovely, and service, as always, was with a smile.
