Mum moved to Hilton Rose in January 2024 as she was no longer able to look after herself; she was not eating or taking care of herself despite having regular carers visiting at home. She had lost interest in life and was in a very frail state causing great concern to both my sister and me as we both
live some distance away.
Since moving to Hilton Rose we have been impressed with the care provided and the cheerfulness of the staff who certainly know and interact with the residents. Mum is now safe, content, stimulated and enjoying meal times; the office contact us if there are any issues concerning Mum's well being which provides great reassurance for us both.

My dad was a resident at Hilton Rose from March 2023 until the end. The care provided was absolutely fantastic, the staff and managers were so caring, friendly and very respectful. We couldn't have chosen a better place for my dad to stay, and I cant thank everyone for all the care provided. The
home is a clean and warm place and they are like a big family.

My mom was admitted to Hilton Rose Retirement Home in August 2024, the care she has received from the care staff has been especially brilliant, they interact with the residents all the time, if there is any problem the office staff will call me, the management have also been brilliant and
understanding, I have peace that my mom is being cared for in this nightmare of dementia, highly recommend Hilton Rose Retirement Home for your love one.

Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so caring and so attentive to the needs of your loved ones. My dad was here for nearly two years and was cared for with the most sensitive, respectful and dedicated care right to the very end.
Yes, it's a small retirement home, there are no airs or graces
here but what they do give you is love and dedicated care, the staff are second to none, every member of staff that treated Dad gave so much personal care, from kitchen staff to the owners, even the cleaners, a very hard working team that showed they cared. Thank you to you all, such an amazing place, so homely with so much warmth and love to give.
