Mom been in care home for 12 months now... She loves it and sees all the staff there as. Her family now. Staff are all very helpful and show such compassion towards my mom., always treat her with love... She eats all her meals.

Clean home, with pets which is lovely as see other residents interact with them too. Shhot walk over the road to the arboretum which mom likes towalk round when I bring my dogs. I researched this place alot before a nd had really good reviews..

I am so happy my mom is being looked after at Hilton Rose Retirement Home, my mom has been living there nearly 2 years and in that time I have had no issues, the care staff are so friendly and inviting, they interact all the time with the residents, singing, art classes, going out around the Arboretum when the weather is permitting, staff do my mom's nails which she enjoys and residents have their hair done when needed. When there is a issue with health, the staff always inform me and if they need me to come up the home, Management always inform me if there are appointments and anything important, I find the home warming and it feels like a family atmosphere.
I would highly recommend Hilton Rose if you or a love one needs residential care.

Mum moved to Hilton Rose in January 2024 as she was no longer able to look after herself; she was not eating or taking care of herself despite having regular carers visiting at home. She had lost interest in life and was in a very frail state causing great concern to both my sister and me as we both live some distance away.
Since moving to Hilton Rose we have been impressed with the care provided and the cheerfulness of the staff who certainly know and interact with the residents. Mum is now safe, content, stimulated and enjoying meal times; the office contact us if there are any issues concerning Mum's well being which provides great reassurance for us both.

Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so caring and so attentive to the needs of your loved ones. My dad was here for nearly two years and was cared for with the most sensitive, respectful and dedicated care right to the very end.

Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so caring and so attentive to the needs of your loved ones. My dad was here for nearly two years and was cared for with the most sensitive, respectful and dedicated care right to the very end.
Yes, it's a small retirement home, there are no airs or graces here but what they do give you is love and dedicated care, the staff are second to none, every member of staff that treated Dad gave so much personal care, from kitchen staff to the owners, even the cleaners, a very hard working team that showed they cared. Thank you to you all, such an amazing place, so homely with so much warmth and love to give.
