I would want to say that Pearlina, and myself, were initially dubious about Pearl's sister coming to a Nursing Home. We had hoped that she could be supported at home by her loving family. But her care at The Elms has been wonderful, and all the staff have shown us what a Care Home should be. The
bond and care that they built with Carole has been so great on many levels and we would wish to offer our deep thanks for the love and professional support given to her. They grew to know her so well, and responded brilliantly when she was struggling, also involving all her family in her support. Big up The Elms.
