Burcot Grange is a beautiful building and environment with caring and dedicated staff. It is expensive but all private care homes are.

This care home has proved to be a most welcoming and inclusive place. I regularly visit my friend who has made this her permanent home. The staff here are excellent, treating service users with respect and dignity and catering for their individual needs. Any problems or queries visitors may have are
dealt with promptly and reassurance given. The administrative staff and those coordinating activities are always keen to give the best possible experiences to the residents and are open to suggestions for new ideas to stimulate all within the care home environment.

Mum very happy in her new home. Arrived for respite last summer, and loved it so much has decided to stay on long term. Enjoys all the social events in the day. Loves her dining companions. Very kind carers.

My overally experience has been very good. I was not very happy when I first came to Burcot Grange because I had lost my husband after a long illness and none of my relatives were helping me. The staff here are all very kind and helped me through. They are all very approachable and I feel this is my
home. Nothing is too much trouble and we have fun.

My grandmother spent nearly two years living at Burcot Grange, and I can't thank the team enough for the exceptional care, kindness, and compassion they showed her (and us) throughout that time.
The work you do in bringing comfort, dignity, and joy to residents in their final months and years is
nothing short of incredible. We are so grateful for everything you've done for my grandmother and for us as a family.
Thank you all - we hope to see you again sometime soon.

The quality of private and public rooms, catering, activity and the attention to each detail of my mother's care is first class.
Every member of staff is highly professional and very caring, not just the dedicated "care" team, but also housekeeping, catering, maintenance, activity, reception,
administration and management teams. Despite their hectic and challenging schedules, there is always time for a chat. Each person does more than expected to help my mother feel comfortable and secure. My mother is treated as an individual and whilst encouraged to participate in the wide ranging activity schedule, her choices are always respected.
Medical concerns, however small, are picked up, acted upon and shared with me. Any concerns I have are listened to and resolved. I feel reassured that my mother experiences the best possible care provided by excellent management and motivated individuals.
Many thanks to all the wonderful people who contribute to this excellent facility.

Whilst I appreciate how much it costs to run a beautiful home like this are. I did find it was very expensive although I understand it is in line with other homes of the same quality.

Absolutely everyone at Burcot is very friendly, caring, encouraging and understanding. Their passion shining through for helping and looking after the people who live there.
Issues will always arise - it is how people handle them which is key to me. When issues have arisen everyone involved
throughout the whole organisation got straight onto them and resolved - very impressively.
The range of meals is 5 star standard. The range of activities surpasses any other care home I have been involved with over the years, a wonderful mix of entertainment, body movement and for making your brain work - all in an easy going way.
Thank you to everyone at Burcot for looking after Mum.

Relative has been at Burcot for one year now and the care, support, dedication and kindness that all staff, both carers and other staff, have shown, has vastly improved the wellbeing of our relative. We could not have asked for more at a very difficult time for our family. It's always a pleasure to
visit Burcot and all staff make you welcome and part of the Burcot family.

Was for post operative respite care.
Apart from limited response to car parking issue and getting TV remote control fixed, everything else was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, as were the facilities. Beautiful grounds encouraged me to get out on little walks to build my
strength back up. Being able to have my trial without catheter here rather then the hospital was a real bonus.

The welcome was warm and continued during my whole visit. My guests were welcomed with the same warmth. The surroundings were uplifting and I'd be happy to return. Everyone was so kind.

My son could not have better care. Everyone is so kind and patient with him. Also, he says he loves his room and the food!

Burcot Grange Care Home cared for my dad and my late mum and provided a wonderful standard of care. It was lovely to see the care and attention all staff paid to the residents and I have always been so glad my parents were able to be here.

My mum originally went into Burcot Grange Care Home for respite care following a fall. The care my mother has received from all staff has been wonderful, it has allowed the family to relax knowing she is well cared for in a brilliant environment.

As soon as my sister and I entered Burcot Grange we felt that it was right for Dad. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The Grange feels like a comfortable country hotel with its beautiful interior and grounds. The family had reluctantly accepted the fact that Dad, at 98, could no longer live at
home and we're so glad we found The Grange. One of the staff was very helpful and made Dad's move smooth and easy. All the staff are wonderful, making it a pleasant place to visit. Nothing is too much trouble. Dad has put on weight due to the delicious food (all made gluten-free for him) and is happy and well cared for. He's encouraged to come out of his room to socialise and take part in activities. It's lovely to follow Burcot's social media page to spot Dad playing indoor games or keeping his brain active with quizzes and scrabble. There's always something interesting going on, often tailored to the interests of the residents. It's given us all great peace of mind to know he's being so well looked after. Thank you.

Dad moved in a few weeks ago and the home and the amazing team have significantly improved his motivation, happiness and reason for living in just a weeks.

My mum has lived at Burcot Grange for 21 months now and is very happy there. I have seen a big difference in Mum for the better with the care and support the amazing staff give her. This gives myself and my brother peace of mind knowing Mum is so well looked after. All the staff are so lovely,
friendly and caring to both residents and their families, nothing is too much trouble for them. It truly is an exceptional home. There are a lot of great activities too and mum especially loves the guest singers as she loves music. A massive thank you to you all for everything you do.

The team at Burcot Grange are always absolutely cheerful, friendly and caring. Residents and staff are members of a caring family.
Christmas is coming, and everyone is full of Christmas cheer.
Lots of lovely decorations.
Lots of Xmas activities.
My mum has been there for a year and is safe,
secure and happy.
We don't have to worry about her.
