Mum is as happy as can be. Staff are brilliant. She has good days and bad days, but the staff know how to handle mum. Staff always helpful, can not fault them.

Overall, I am very happy with the care of my mother. She enjoys all the food. Staff and the nursing team are great.

Mum has lived at Cambrian House for almost a year. She settled in quite quickly. The home has a very friendly and homely feel. Mum has an en-suite bathroom for her use. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I can visit mum as often as I want. Mum is always well dressed and gets on with the
carers very well. I think that the standard of care is very good and the staff always keep me informed about any issues. Overall, I have no worries about mum's care.

A great place for Mum to reside at. Staff are attentive and very nice to speak to.
Mum seems very happy with the full-service and accommodating.

My husband has only been in residential care for four days and there have been a few teething problems. The staff have been excellent and very helpful in getting him settled. The main concern was him getting his medication at regular intervals and this has been accomplished. His medical needs have
been met and all the staff are very caring and attentive. It has only been a short period of time but my husband is quite happy and settled and I am very satisfied with his care. The only problem is that my husband has mental capacity whereas most of the patients have dementia. This is difficult for my husband.

Staff are helpful and friendly and show a lot of compassion to the residents. I cannot fault the care assistance my parent receives.

I am very happy with the way Mom is looked after and she seems settled. Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff and meals and treats (cake and biscuits) are always at hand. This is a friendly welcoming care home and Mom is happy and smiling when I visit which gives me great pleasure.

My mom has been in Cambrian House Care Home since January 2022. The staff put our minds at rest and were very helpful when we first took Mom in. Mom had a few falls through dizziness and losing her balance. The staff were quick to refer her for a medication review as this was thought to be the
reason. This proved to be the reason and medication was reduced and changed which resolved the problem. The staff absolutely love my mom and Mom is very happy and very well looked after. The manager and deputy manager are always available for a chat whether it’s for general questions or any concerns. The home is kept very clean and is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Cambrian House to others.

This is a lovely care home, my nan is being looked after brilliantly, the staff are so friendly, they enjoy having a laugh with my nan and myself when I'm there. The food is fantastic, rooms are always clean and my nan is treated with respect. Would definitely recommend this care home.

Cambrian House Care Home are doing a wonderful job of caring for all of its residents with respect and compassion.
I have visited the house on a few occasions, they made myself, my wife and my dog very welcome. A very friendly bunch of care workers, it was a pleasure to visit.

My mum received the best possible care. All staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Mum only spent a short time at Cambrian House but all staff were very kind and caring, treating her with dignity and respect.

My mother has spent the last five years at Cambrian, and throughout her stay her care has been second to none. The staff, each and every one of them have been fabulous, not only to my mother but also to myself and my family.The care, kindness and professional qualities that they all have cannot be
beaten. The lovely smiles that we receive when greeted at the front door, the kindness offered to us all, I cannot fault Cambrian House. Under new management over the past few months, standards seem to be rising even more and wanting to consistently improve the surroundings and care provided. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cambrian House to anyone. A lovely, very warm and welcoming environment, with a wonderful bunch of people that provide outstanding care.

My mother spent the final two years of her life at Cambrian House. Throughout this period she was given very good care and her accommodation was clean and comfortable. As her dementia progressed the staff showed great patience and especially during her final illness great kindness. We were able
to visit whenever we wished without prior notice and were always made to feel welcome. We had no concerns at any time about the standard of her care.
