Am satisfied with the care provided to my wife in all aspects - home clean - staff very friendly and caring. Management pro-active & interested. Home convenient to me & my daughter. Improvements & modernisation underway.

Found Greenhill Park a very friendly environment not only for residents but guests as well. The staff made me very welcome each time I go.If you are worried about anything at all they will fix it. Found the entertainment did not happen regular. The residents complained about boredom but when an entertainer was present very enjoyable. I visit about three times a week.

I have had a good experience as a visitor to a resident at the care home. The staff are kind, gentle and caring. I haven't encountered the management staff on my visits, though emails have been dealt with helpfully and professionally. The home is always clean and residents look well-cared for. I can't comment on some facilities eg showering as I've never seen them. The food seems good and drinks are plentiful.

I have always received all the information about the care of Sylvia that I have a need to know. I am completely satisfied that she is being looked after by the best people available. They treat her with all the love, care & respect that she deserves. My thanks to all the management staff & all their amazing carers.

Cannot thank the team at Greenhill for the care they give to mum. She was reluctant to go into residential care but realizes its for the best. As she cannot walk and needs care 24/7. They are on top of her health issues. Contacting her G.P for medications and contacting the paramedics if that is whats required. She has only been here for 6 months but is joining in. Activities there have been a lot of changes in the short time mums been here but hopefully things have settled down now.

Mum has been a resident at Greenhill Park Residential Home since April 17th 2025. During that time Mum has been shown compassion and kindness from every member of staff. Her room is kept spotless + bed made beautifully. The whole care home is very clean. It is a very welcoming place - with plenty going on. Lots of different entertainment. Mum has settled in so well. Her health + wellbeing has improved immensley. Thank you to all staff.

This is a lovely fresh looking home that has some lovely homely touches. My Mum's room is bright and kept spotlessly clean. The meals are varied and suited to a range of residents preferences. The care staff are lovely- they seem to have responded well to the management changes that are happening at the moment. They work really hard and could do with a little more time to socialise with the residents during their shifts, which is difficult with the amount of care that they need to provide. The activity coordinator works hard and provides a good range of activities. I appreciate greatly the events that are put on that can be shared with the residents families. Communication with the home is good ( face to face) There are some relative meetings planned which is really positive. Finding a good home with a good standard of care like Greenhill hasn't been easy and I am so glad we found it for her.

My mum moved to Greenhill Park recently and so far everything has been absolutely fine. The home is well run, the staff friendly and everyone has quickly got to know mum and are friendly to her.

Since he has gone into the care home the staff have treated him exceptionally, sometimes under difficult circumstances. They have shown nothing but caring and patience with him. The staff are always smiling and happy. They greet us warmly which is always nice.

As I live in Australia it is very important that I feel my parents are safe and well cared for and that they love where they live. Greenhill Nursing Home provides my husband and I with confidence that my parents are being cared for by people who love their job and respect the people they are caring for. I have received phone calls and emails and send texts informing us of all we need to know, in regards to Mum and Dad's health and well-being. The staff care for my parents and ensure they maintain as much independence as possible. Their room is lovely and the fact they remain together in their room brings them such happiness. Mum and Dad enjoy the entertainment, food, and the lovely friends they have made since being there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. All the staff are responsive to any questions we may have and management has always been on hand to talk to, email us or phone us.

My mother has been a resident of Greenhill for nearly four years. She is not the the easiest person to please, however she is provided with a good standard of care. The location of the home and its own garden are good. The level of care is from a team of consistent carers who are regularly checking on my mum who is bed ridden. Visitors are welcome. The building is well maintained. If you are looking for a home to provide care for a relative I suggest you go check out Greenhill, as I am sure you will not be disappointed.

The home is a happy one. The staff all look happy to be there. They laugh and smile with the residents. They join in with the outside singing entertainers. The staff have been there a long time, which is important to me as they know my mum and more importantly she knows them.

When looking for a care home for our parents we wanted somewhere safe, homely and clean. With a pleasant atmosphere. Some were as stark as hospitals, some rather small and felt crowded because of this. Greenhill has a warm atmosphere and staff to match. They are longstanding staff members, who care for their residents as individuals, try always to maintain standards and respond to problems with a positive effort. We feel confident that this is the best possible place for those we love and are made welcome when we visit too. Our opinions and concerns are listened to and responded to by management and staff, and the care residents receive is thought through and well-delivered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home to anyone within the appropriate levels of care required.

The staff and management are excellent! They are so friendly and all the residents in the home are happy and live fully independently. Very good care.

Generally, very good care, my wife also had excellent care when she was ill (and has since died). The facilities are good, especially in my room. Elsewhere they are good except for the shower in the latest addition to the building which in my opinion is dangerous. Having reported it and shown it to new owners, I understand that it will be attended to. Food varies in quality but is sufficient.

My mother has been at Greenhill Park Residential Home for nearly four years. During that time, she has been treated like one of the family, her care has been second to none and I have the peace of mind knowing that she is being looked after with love. There are always highly trained, caring and compassionate staff on hand at all hours of the day and they make time to ensure that the residents are happy and engaged. The house is spotless, the food is delicious and freshly prepared and the entertainment is excellent. They look after my mum better than I could and I am forever grateful to them for providing her with a safe and friendly environment. Thank you so much, everyone.

Our mother was at Greenhill Park for a relatively short time but she loved it. Her room overlooked the garden, the meals were delicious and most importantly, the care was the best. During the night, ladies would pop in to see she was alright, offering a cup of tea or a chat if she could not sleep. The family were welcomed and have fond memories of having coffee on the decking overlooking the garden. The staff were attentive and caring but made sure Mum still had her privacy. We noticed how particularly thorough the cleaning staff were and we very much appreciated the advice and support from the staff. We had hoped that she could have enjoyed a longer stay and we cannot thank Greenhill Park enough for the care they showed making her final home a happy one.

I cannot believe I have only been here for 4 weeks as time has gone so quickly. I look forward to my food, there is nothing I can't eat and really enjoy.

There are always highly trained, caring and compassionate staff on hand at all hours of the day and they make time to ensure that the residents are happy and engaged. The house is spotless, the food is delicious and freshly prepared and the entertainment is excellent. They look after my mum better than I could and I am forever grateful to them for providing her with a safe and friendly environment. Thank you so much, everyone.

Our mother was at Greenhill Park for a relatively short time but she loved it. Her room overlooked the garden, the meals were delicious and most importantly, the care was the best. We noticed how particularly thorough the cleaning staff were and we very much appreciated the advice and support from the staff. We had hoped that she could have enjoyed a longer stay and we cannot thank Greenhill Park enough for the care they showed making her final home a happy one.
