We had travelled throughout Worcestershire looking at Care Homes, their facilities, standards, surroundings, daily activities both with and without family participation. Speaking to the staff at Greenhill Park Care Home was an uplifting, warm, inviting and genuinely happy, caring experience for us - so our family knew we had made the right decision for the family member to stay here. From managerial level, including Finance through to hands-on care workers in the home was exceptional. Nothing was rushed, time was taken to explain their safeguarding practices to us along with answering copious questions from ourselves. In all - I think our family member (when settled in) will have a long and very happy time residing at Greenhill Park Care Home.
My Mum had been in Greenhill Park quite a while now. Everyone at the home, management, carers, cleaners and admin are friendly, welcoming and approachable. Mum has settled in very well and enjoys the company of everyone. The home is kept beautifully clean and well decorated. I feel my Mum is very well cared for here. There are activities everyday with outings when possible.
Mother has had a great trip out to get a coffee and was well looked after. She has many difficulties in cognitive abilities. Which was well catered for. And they had a lovely coffee morning where I could come and interact with mother and other residents. Mother has had many health issues which the staff have worked with local health care to resolve. All in she has good care and gets the social needs of interaction of other patients which have given her a good standard of living. Well done all at greenhill care home. With good security stopping people from just wondering off.
Thank you for sharing such a lovely experience. We're so pleased your mother enjoyed her trip and the coffee morning, and that her health and social needs are being well supported. Your kind words mean a great deal to the whole team at Greenhill Park.

Greenhill Park has undergone a number of renewals and improvements and their facilities are well looked after and clean. They do everything possible to accommodate the residents and give them a sense of safety and security. As loved ones, we are kept updated with any incidents or concerns and we are very happy with the care and information.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're so pleased that you feel welcomed and reassured when visiting, and that your Mum is receiving such kind, person-centred care. It's wonderful to hear that our team's efforts, communication, activities, and continuous improvements are making a positive difference-we truly appreciate your kind words.
Greenhill Park is homely and welcoming. The beautiful building has undergone a programme of recent refurbishments and is bright and always spotlessly clean. The wonderful team of hard-working staff, under Monika's leadership, are compassionate, patient and dedicated to the care of their residents. Many have worked there for a long time, which is reassuring for the families of residents. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. My Mum has lived at Greenhill for over 2 years and I feel that the staff genuinely care for her, and have taken time to get to know her and understand her preferences and capabilities. They are great not only at gently encouraging her to participate in activities but also at communicating with me to update me on how she is doing, which I really appreciate. I have every confidence that Mum is well-cared for and is being safely looked after by all at Greenhill Park.
Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed feedback. We are so pleased to hear how happy you are with the care your mum receives. Your kind words about the team, the environment, and the communication you receive mean a great deal and we will ensure your feedback is shared with the whole team.
I am extremely happy with the level of care that my mum is receiving. The staff are competent, kind and attentive, and the management team's understanding of the needs and priorites of the residents is second to none. Coordination with the NHS to solve a health problem was excellent, and my mum's general health and mood have improved enormously since she arrived in February, helped greatly by the delicious home-cooked food and the increasing number of activities on offer. Visitors are welcomed warmly and soon feel like one of the family. Housekeeping and maintenance are also excellent, with spotless bedrooms and public spaces and great laundry services. I never expected to feel this confident about the abilities of a care home to look after my mum, but I am truly impressed by both the staff's and the management's commitment to the wellbeing of their residents. Greenhill Park is a real community and a place where everyone can feel at home.
Your kind words about our staff, management, food, activities, and the welcoming...
Absolutely outstanding staff, the care I see and attention to residents is second to none. Always someone on hand for a chat and so informative about my step dad and all his care.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear that you find the care and attention given to residents to be outstanding. Our team works very hard to ensure residents feel supported and well cared for, so your kind words really mean a lot to us. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
I visit 3 times a week. Always found everyone from the bottom to the top to be very nice to me on every visit so I am sure my sister-in-law is of the same opinion. You are most welcome to go and talk to the manager/under manager at any time if you have any worries.
Thank you very much for your kind feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. It's reassuring to know that you find our team welcoming, and we're pleased to hear that your sister-in-law feels the same.
Greenhill Park care home is excellent. The staff and management are kind, caring, compationate and efficient. The home has a lovely family feel. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Greenhill highly enough.

My dad has received excellent care. From his arrival the staff have understood his needs and cared for him with great compassion. They have also been incredibly helpful in supporting disolsions with the NHS over continuing care.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're really pleased to hear that your dad has received excellent care that our team has supported both his needs and you family with compassion.
I gave a 4 star review as I feel communication needs improving.

All staff are accommodating in many ways, for example, we are able to book the smart Garden Room for visitors, birthdays or lunch. The catering team are always so flexible & considerate of my mother's dietary needs (and even ensured there were vegetarian options for me when we had a rare Sunday lunch together with her niece.
Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We are delighted to hear that you are feeling increased confidence in Monika and the team, and the positive changes introduced over recent months have been meaningful for you and your mother. Monika is committed to transparency and...
When family feel the need to write instructions on a notice it should indicate to carers that something is not done as per care plan. Common sense does seem to be improving but trying to encourage as much independence as possible and not doing things for them because its quicker is not good care.
Medication should be given as instructed, otherwise it is not effective and results in exacerbation of condition, causing stress and illness which should be controlled with correct procedure.
Activities seem to be improving which helps to reduce boredom which in turn causes aggression and distress. Sitting a person at a table to wait an hour for lunch or coffee is not stimulating and is very uncomfortable.
These are observations which I hope will help. The carers in general may on occasions be lacking but they are generally good carers who show compassion and genuine affection.
We value your recognition of the carer's compassion and genuine affection.
Please don't hesitate to speak with us directly if you would like to discuss anything in more detail.
It is our overall feeling that since my mum became resident at greenhill that she is safe, genuinely cared for, and all of here requirements are met to the upmost standards. Due to both my wife and I being self employed we don't have as much time as we would like or need to look after my mum . We are comfortable that when we at work mum is in the best place she can be.
A heart felt thanks to everyone on the team at Green Hill, well done and keep up the excellent work.
Thank you for your trust, and we will continue to do our very best for your mum.
The carers are very good and professional. Also very compassionate and kind. Always approachable. The catering is very good. All the staff work extremely hard.
The care home is spotless. Clothes are laundered regularly too. We are very pleased with everything.
We are delighted to hear that your mum has been happy during her 8 months with us and she continues to look well and settled. Your comments about the home being spotless and the staff working extremely hard mean a great deal to us. We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and welcoming...
The care staff are wonderful. My Mum always looks lovely and is contented there. They communicate really well with the family and recently acted efficiently and immediately when my Mum was unwell.
The staff appear to be happy in their work and are rewarded for their efforts. The staff are knowledgeable and this is shown in the way they care for and understand my Mum.
The home has recently undergone lots of aesthetic work and is smart, homely and clean.
I would not want my Mum to be anywhere else.
We are truly delighted to hear that you find Greenhill Park to be a happy, friendly and well-managed home. creating a welcoming atmosphere and involving families in the life of the home is very important to us, so its wonderful to know that our events and activities have been meaningful to you....
I have had a good experience as a visitor to a resident at the care home. The staff are kind, gentle and caring. I haven't encountered the management staff on my visits, though emails have been dealt with helpfully and professionally. The home is always clean and residents look well-cared for. I can't comment on some facilities eg showering as I've never seen them. The food seems good and drinks are plentiful.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're pleased to hear you've had positive experiences during your visit and that our staff, cleanliness, and care standards have met your expectations.
I have always received all the information about the care of Sylvia that I have a need to know. I am completely satisfied that she is being looked after by the best people available. They treat her with all the love, care & respect that she deserves. My thanks to all the management staff & all their amazing carers.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that you feel fully informed and reassured about Sylvia's care. Our team takes great pride in providing the highest standards of love, respect, and support to all our residents, and it means a great deal to know that this is recognised. I will be sure to share your appreciation with the management team and all the carers.
