Care Homes Owned by Princedale Care

My mother was in Apple House for 6 months she loved it in there she was treated like a family member. I am her daughter and my two brothers plus my dad often went to visit mum, we always got a cup of tea and a warm welcome. The staff looked after my mum with care and respect they looked after her when she sadly passed away. I am so grateful for all the care received, well done all in Apple House

We had travelled throughout Worcestershire looking at Care Homes, their facilities, standards, surroundings, daily activities both with and without family participation. Speaking to the staff at Greenhill Park Care Home was an uplifting, warm, inviting and genuinely happy, caring experience for us - so our family knew we had made the right decision for the family member to stay here. From managerial level, including Finance through to hands-on care workers in the home was exceptional. Nothing was rushed, time was taken to explain their safeguarding practices to us along with answering copious questions from ourselves. In all - I think our family member (when settled in) will have a long and very happy time residing at Greenhill Park Care Home.

My Mum had been in Greenhill Park quite a while now. Everyone at the home, management, carers, cleaners and admin are friendly, welcoming and approachable. Mum has settled in very well and enjoys the company of everyone. The home is kept beautifully clean and well decorated. I feel my Mum is very well cared for here. There are activities everyday with outings when possible.

With the care that my wife's auntie has received, makes me want to go there when I'm a certain age (if I cannot look after myself or be looked after by others within the family).

Mother has had a great trip out to get a coffee and was well looked after. She has many difficulties in cognitive abilities. Which was well catered for. And they had a lovely coffee morning where I could come and interact with mother and other residents. Mother has had many health issues which the staff have worked with local health care to resolve. All in she has good care and gets the social needs of interaction of other patients which have given her a good standard of living. Well done all at greenhill care home. With good security stopping people from just wondering off.

Greenhill Park is a caring and friendly home for all residents. The staff are excellent and led by a brilliant management team. Everyone is friendly and genuinely appear to like the residents. I would thoroughly recommend!

Entertainment is varied and of high level of flexibility and interests.

Greenhill Park has undergone a number of renewals and improvements and their facilities are well looked after and clean. They do everything possible to accommodate the residents and give them a sense of safety and security. As loved ones, we are kept updated with any incidents or concerns and we are very happy with the care and information.

I welcomed the invite and I'm happy to say I have now been here for 8 years.

What an amazing place to place a loved one in need of care. 3 years of looking after my mother in law and the residential unit was just superb. The ability to adapt to her needs as her condition got worse and ultimately offering the best end of life care I have seen in a long time! The carers are so experienced they knock spots of some qualified nurses in recognising EOL , making sure all appropriate care is in place and being pro active in managing all this. I work in this line of work professionally and having experienced a terrible time with my own father in a different nursing home, Woodheath ( Apple House) deserves a 10 Star review. I wouldn't hesitate to place a loved one with dementia in this care home knowing they will be loved, cared for, stimulated, supported on their journey to the end. AMAZING

My friend has been a resident of Rosewood since October 2025. I have visited friends and relatives in other Care Homes and Rosewood is the best Home I have experienced. The Manager and all the staff work hard to make the Home feel genuinely like a home. You can sense the friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in. It is very clean, has a nice lounge and dining area thoughtfully arranged and good activities and entertainment. I cannot speak too highly of it.

It must be very demanding looking after clients with dementia but all of the staff are very kind, considerate and patient.

Greenhill Park is homely and welcoming. The beautiful building has undergone a programme of recent refurbishments and is bright and always spotlessly clean. The wonderful team of hard-working staff, under Monika's leadership, are compassionate, patient and dedicated to the care of their residents. Many have worked there for a long time, which is reassuring for the families of residents. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. My Mum has lived at Greenhill for over 2 years and I feel that the staff genuinely care for her, and have taken time to get to know her and understand her preferences and capabilities. They are great not only at gently encouraging her to participate in activities but also at communicating with me to update me on how she is doing, which I really appreciate. I have every confidence that Mum is well-cared for and is being safely looked after by all at Greenhill Park.

Feel that my parent is well looked after and his needs are met, they keep us well informed of anything that occurs with him as he can be quite difficult at times and they know how to handle him and calm him down

Overall very happy with Woodheath Care Home.

The menus are good and special days are celebrated with everyone.

The home has a nice atmosphere, is nice and clean and the residents are well cared for.

I was really anxious about the Christmas period as it's my first Christmas not having mum at home with me. Woodheath staff , from carers , nurses, activities coordinator, managers and volunteers all went above and beyond to ensure my mum , myself and even my children had a wonderful Christmas. Every visit we felt welcomed and enjoyed Christmas activities including a family Christmas party , mince pie and sherry Sundays , and carol singing. I can't recommend the Woodheath highly enough the staff genuinely care for all their residents.

I am extremely happy with the level of care that my mum is receiving. The staff are competent, kind and attentive, and the management team's understanding of the needs and priorites of the residents is second to none. Coordination with the NHS to solve a health problem was excellent, and my mum's general health and mood have improved enormously since she arrived in February, helped greatly by the delicious home-cooked food and the increasing number of activities on offer. Visitors are welcomed warmly and soon feel like one of the family. Housekeeping and maintenance are also excellent, with spotless bedrooms and public spaces and great laundry services. I never expected to feel this confident about the abilities of a care home to look after my mum, but I am truly impressed by both the staff's and the management's commitment to the wellbeing of their residents. Greenhill Park is a real community and a place where everyone can feel at home.
