Mother has had a great trip out to get a coffee and was well looked after. She has many difficulties in cognitive abilities. Which was well catered for. And they had a lovely coffee morning where I could come and interact with mother and other residents. Mother has had many health issues which the staff
have worked with local health care to resolve. All in she has good care and gets the social needs of interaction of other patients which have given her a good standard of living. Well done all at greenhill care home. With good security stopping people from just wondering off.

I have only experienced very good care and service from ALL the members of staff and particularly the carers.
The management are exceptionally' hands on' and care for the residents greater interests and surroundings.
Food seems very good and all home cooked.
Entertainment is varied and of high
level of flexibility and interests.

The team at the home are always kind, friendly and welcoming to visitors and their kindness towards my Mum is very evident. I can see that the team have built a good rapport with Mum and they always take her personal preferences and needs into account. We are kept up to date with what is going on, not
only with Mum but also with the home in general. The management and carers and support staff are competent and caring and always do everything they can to keep residents calm and happy. A huge effort is made to provide a variety of social and enriching activities for the residents and loved ones are welcome to join in.
Greenhill Park has undergone a number of renewals and improvements and their facilities are well looked after and clean. They do everything possible to accommodate the residents and give them a sense of safety and security. As loved ones, we are kept updated with any incidents or concerns and we are very happy with the care and information.

In 2017, Woodheath cared for my mum, in Apple House Dementia Unit, she was given excellent care by the staff. While she was here, I came most days helping out with cups of tea and biscuits.
In 2020 mum passed away, and I was invited back by the manager to be a volunteer, as I am retired.
I welcomed
the invite and I'm happy to say I have now been here for 8 years.

What an amazing place to place a loved one in need of care. 3 years of looking after my mother in law and the residential unit was just superb. The ability to adapt to her needs as her condition got worse and ultimately offering the best end of life care I have seen in a long time! The carers are so
experienced they knock spots of some qualified nurses in recognising EOL , making sure all appropriate care is in place and being pro active in managing all this. I work in this line of work professionally and having experienced a terrible time with my own father in a different nursing home, Woodheath ( Apple House) deserves a 10 Star review. I wouldn't hesitate to place a loved one with dementia in this care home knowing they will be loved, cared for, stimulated, supported on their journey to the end. AMAZING

My friend has been a resident of Rosewood since October 2025. I have visited friends and relatives in other Care Homes and Rosewood is the best Home I have experienced. The Manager and all the staff work hard to make the Home feel genuinely like a home. You can sense the friendly atmosphere as soon
as you walk in. It is very clean, has a nice lounge and dining area thoughtfully arranged and good activities and entertainment. I cannot speak too highly of it.

Greenhill Park is homely and welcoming. The beautiful building has undergone a programme of recent refurbishments and is bright and always spotlessly clean. The wonderful team of hard-working staff, under Monika's leadership, are compassionate, patient and dedicated to the care of their residents. Many
have worked there for a long time, which is reassuring for the families of residents. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. My Mum has lived at Greenhill for over 2 years and I feel that the staff genuinely care for her, and have taken time to get to know her and understand her preferences and capabilities. They are great not only at gently encouraging her to participate in activities but also at communicating with me to update me on how she is doing, which I really appreciate. I have every confidence that Mum is well-cared for and is being safely looked after by all at Greenhill Park.

This care home is second to none,
All staff are so welcoming, friendly and warm and there is genuine interaction with all residents and ,most lmportantly vice versa.
There is a varied activities programme in which residents are encouraged (not pressurised ) to participate.Very important I feel from
a welfare point of view.
It is also noticeable how everyone knows their role and has a thorough knowledge of each residents needs ,which gives me total confidence that my loved one is in great hands
A genuine family atmosphere has been created here ,so much so,that I,even as a visitor feel cared for as if at home, and, in fact i look forward to my visits

Mum has always been very reserved. Since being at Rosewood she has been encouraged to join in. Mum is much happier and relaxed and participates. The staff are very caring and considerate and its more like a big family than a care home. Mum has settled really well.

I was really anxious about the Christmas period as it's my first Christmas not having mum at home with me. Woodheath staff , from carers , nurses, activities coordinator, managers and volunteers all went above and beyond to ensure my mum , myself and even my children had a wonderful Christmas. Every
visit we felt welcomed and enjoyed Christmas activities including a family Christmas party , mince pie and sherry Sundays , and carol singing. I can't recommend the Woodheath highly enough the staff genuinely care for all their residents.

I am extremely happy with the level of care that my mum is receiving. The staff are competent, kind and attentive, and the management team's understanding of the needs and priorites of the residents is second to none. Coordination with the NHS to solve a health problem was excellent, and my mum's general
health and mood have improved enormously since she arrived in February, helped greatly by the delicious home-cooked food and the increasing number of activities on offer. Visitors are welcomed warmly and soon feel like one of the family. Housekeeping and maintenance are also excellent, with spotless bedrooms and public spaces and great laundry services. I never expected to feel this confident about the abilities of a care home to look after my mum, but I am truly impressed by both the staff's and the management's commitment to the wellbeing of their residents. Greenhill Park is a real community and a place where everyone can feel at home.

I visit 3 times a week. Always found everyone from the bottom to the top to be very nice to me on every visit so I am sure my sister-in-law is of the same opinion. You are most welcome to go and talk to the manager/under manager at any time if you have any worries.

Greenhill Park care home is excellent. The staff and management are kind, caring, compationate and efficient. The home has a lovely family feel. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend Greenhill highly enough.

My dad has received excellent care. From his arrival the staff have understood his needs and cared for him with great compassion. They have also been incredibly helpful in supporting disolsions with the NHS over continuing care.
