View Full Details of Regents CourtThe standard of care is excellent, from the constant requests for " another cup of coffee " to the daily activities & trips to places on interest. Without exception, the staff are kind, patient, caring - all with a sense of humour in what can be difficult circumstances. I am always advised of health issues & kept up to date with various treatments. Overall , I have been impressed with every aspect of my husband's care & he is happy , settled & has formed a real bond with every member of the excellent staff.
My dad has only been there a week has made so much progress thanks to the wonderful staff and the manager taking time to listen to his needs its lovely to see as many residents out in the day room ccommunicating with each other
My elderly father has dementia and the team at Regents Court really care about him and look after him even though he can be very difficult at times. My father is comfortable there and enjoys his food and has lots of banter with the caring team.
My father is well cared for, well fed and happy at Regents Court. He is treated with respect and his wishes are always considered. Staff are professional, helpful and friendly. They are respectful of my father and also of our family's wishes. My dad has his own room with an en-suite bathroom. He is able to maintain some independence while being supported where necessary. Dad is offered activities but doesn’t always want to participate. He and we as a family are happy with the care he receives and I enjoy visiting him and am always made welcome and kept up to date with dad’s care and well-being.
There is literally nothing good about this care home. There is no care in it at all, just removed my Dad. He was not treated with any dignity, often went and he was scruffy, in wet clothes, left in cold rooms with the heating not working. The management team are rude when you reported concerns. It was only when we were trying to move him and someone sent us to the CQC report did we realise exactly how bad it was there. Seriously do not put your loved ones there.
