with a high quality of individual care ,
Provided by carers which reflects the
calmness & noise free home,supported by supervision and
support of managers.
Hygeine and safety of residents apparent.All staff and managers very fri

Doddlespool Hall Care Home it's all in the name - it has the splendid features of a tradional country house/hall with a lovely garden to eat ice cream in the garden on a sunny afternoon is a delight. Care is the key - it's a team of people who care abouit others, their quality of life and
wellbeing. Yes you can be assisted with practical tasks like washing and dressing bit staff think what you need before you think it yourself eg: a cup of tea and a real welcome for your friends - even a slice of home made cake.
Then the word home at Doddlespool means where I want to be. My own space to read or correspond or just to rest and gain strength. The company of others maybe residents or maybe visitors. It's all in the name

The service offered by the Doddlespool hall is exemplary. The building itself is beautiful and does not feel like a home, it feels more like their home.
The staff are superb everyone from the management team down, in whatever dept they work have time and a relationship with the service users.
The events put on by the team just make it feel even better.
A truly wonderful place.

My mother in law has lived at Doddlespoole hall since May 2025 and we could not of wished for a better place for her to be. All staff are amazing, so attentive and supportive, nothing is too much trouble. The home has a fantastic manager, who is always doing whatever she can to enhance the lives of
the residents. There are always activities for the residents to do and parties are always a time for everyone to get together. Doddlespoole has such a lovely family feeling.

One of the many attributes of the home is that the people employed by yourselves show an incredible level of true. Care It shows every day in their faces, actions , attitudes and general demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble and one is kept fully informed of actions good bad or humerus with
regard to my mum We don't worry about her to the extent as a family we did in the past A big Thank You to all the staff employed at Doddlespool Especially the ones not in the front line .

Our parents have been resident at Doddlespool for around 18 months and the care they've received throughout this time has been exemplary. There are daily activities for residents, the food is cooked on-site and varied, the home is well-managed and staff are caring and professional. We, as a family,
are happy and so are our parents. Keep up the good work!

This home is fantastic they look after there residents so well I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The staff do a fantastic job and always smiling when I go see mum. They always offer tea and biscuits.

My friend went into Doddlespool Hall for respite. I visited her and was delightful to see the improvement in her condition and the care she was having from all the friendly staff. The home was spotless and the food was excellent.

I came to Doddlespool Hall for 2 weeks post-op respite after an operation. All the staff were caring and professional. Good-sized rooms, bathrooms functional, home nice and warm. Privacy respected. I was able to look after myself. Meals good choices. I enjoyed walking in the garden.

It's a real lovely home with a lot of patient caring people involved in the home. We are very fortunate to have been lucky enough to have my granddad welcomed and cared for in this home. There is always events on, the amount of care the staff give to the people is brilliant. Genuinely a beautiful
home with beautiful people in it.

Fantastic service throughout. Was worried about leaving her there but needed not to worry. The staff are well trained and are very supportive towards Mum and ourselves. They are very intensive and caring. Our mum is very happy here and wouldn't have her anywhere else.

The level of care at Doddlespool Hall is excellent. The staff keep me informed at all times and are very helpful.

Our mum has been in here for nearly 12 months now, it was heartbreaking for us has a family to give up her home and put her in someone else's hands. The staff and quality of care is 100% and we can't thank you guys enough for making our mum happy. You have encouraged her to get her eating back and
she has now gained her weight up and healthy again. The manager, her seniors and all staff are amazing so thank you all very much.

This is a wonderful care home whose staff go out of their way to be happy, friendly and welcoming. Since staying here, we have seen our mum make huge improvements both mentally and physically. We can't recommend Doddlespool highly enough - a huge thank you to you all.

Was met with a friendly atmosphere and my dad was shown about the place and to his room, they have activities for him to do and he seems happy when I visit him, he's clean and tidy and the food is good.

As a family, we cannot fault the care that my grandma has received in the last 8 weeks. They have improved her life. So much by providing her incredible care but allowing her to still have her own freedom. The home is so clean and the staff care for her with the utmost respect.

My parents have both settled in really well and all the staff are caring and attentive. They have lots of activities to keep residents entertained. The food choice is amazing. The rooms are unbelievable and like home from home and are kept very clean by the hardworking cleaners.

I have been very pleased with everything here at Doddlespool Hall. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and I feel more relaxed since arriving, hence my decision to stay longer. I am very happy with my room and glad I made the decision to come here. Thank you.
