I can't recommend this Orchard Blythe highly enough. from the moment we first visited, the staff made us feel welcome reassured. They treat residents with genuine kindness, patience and respect. it's cleare they take great pride in providing high-quality care. the home is clean, comfortable and
inviting. Activities for the residents are great with a wide variety of outings provided. Most importantly, my mother is happy, well supported and healthier than prior to moving to Orchard Blythe which gives her family peace of mind.

So happy with the care provided for our Dad. All the staff are there to support us and keep us informed every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble and we know Dad is receiving the care he needs. Dad is very settled here and that is a great comfort for us as moving a loved one into care is a
very difficult decision.

Cannot praise all staff enough. They have all taken time to get to personally know mom and what she likes and doesn't. It's not just about keeping her safe and well it's about knowing her as an individual which the Orchard Blythe team all do.

Staff are superb, always attentive to mother and all residents. We get regular updates on activities and outings. My mother's clothes/ room are always clean and nothing is ever too much trouble. The home is secure and we could not be more pleased with the home and are very satisfied our mother is
receiving the stimulation and care she needs.

Mum has been at Orchard Blythe over 18 months now and is so happy there. The staff are all fantastic, nothing is too much for them. Mum loves all the activities available and the singers are really good. Family are also able to attend some of the events too. There is a hairdresser which mum loves
going to and trips out too. Mum loves the food and since being at orchard Blythe has had no falls! It is lovely to go and visit mum. We can meet in her room or in the lounge area where we can have a lovely chat over a cuppa. Our minds are totally at rest knowing that mum is being well looked after. Thank you so much for the excellent care and support you all give mum x

They looking after my Mom's needs with a great deal of care.
Nothing was to much trouble for them, unfortunately a nursing home was needed.
I will miss the friendly girls and care and compassion that was shown by all the management and staff.

Friendly and caring staff keep us informed of any concerns or change in mum's health, wellbeing, or behaviour. The premises are kept spotlessly clean, which is something mum often comments on. The food is of good quality and provides the nutrients mum needs.
However, i must reiterate that Orchard
Blythes greatest asset is its staff. They are just ideal for mum.

Overall conditions and care etc. are very good. I would like to see more attention paid to the fitting of my wife's hearing aids as they are often either in the wrong ear, even though I have labelled them, or not fitted correctly. They both fell out this morning. There are certain other residents
that dominate the dining room/lounge with what is on the TV, I should think by now they have seen all episodes of "Mr. Bean" several times. They also make it uncomfortable for other residents who try to stand up against them. They should not be allowed to dominate. Why can't towels be left in the room's toilet/ shower room when the used ones are taken away ? It is good to have one to cover my wife when she is cleaning her teeth and to dry hands. The paper towels are not very good and disintegrate when wet.
ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND I GET ON WELL WITH THEM.

All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. We were made to feel welcome on arrival. Our cousin seems very happy and well looked after.

My mother has unfortunately had to reside in a care home for the first time. The staff have been brilliant. They are available, comforting and understanding to Mom's needs. I would recommend this care home.

Blythe is a paradise of help and safety for my now 94-year-old father.
Everything I have seen is just professional, caring and lovely.
Blythe is a "6" star hotel.

Cannot fault the home or the staff. They 100% take care of the person whom we visit. They nearly always phone me to say that he has returned from the hospital when admitted, they always telephone me when he is admitted. My resident loves it at Orchard Blythe and is well looked after. No issues.

Pleased with the lovely clean home. My uncle's room is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. They are approachable and answer any queries I’ve had. Happy with the care given. A variety of activities throughout the week. The meals look lovely. Thank you for caring for my precious uncle.

Drinks are always being offered to residents and visitors.

Very welcoming. Dad was upset when I went there, mentioned it to the staff, going to play a game with him. Dad likes to be occupied, but they try to do that when they can.

Dad receives a high level of care.
He is content and happy and enjoys the level of attention that he receives.
Myself and wider family members have always been impressed with the facilities, catering, entertainment and all-round holistic care delivered here.

Visited Mum this morning; she was in the lounge having her breakfast. Weetabix ad toast was freshly made. Helped her eat it. Staff kept a fresh supply of tea coming.
