Overall experience was very good, the staff were very kind and caring and we must thank you for his help and kindness during my mothers stay at the Sycamores. Would recommend to other families.

I arrive quite regularly to the home to find the same good will and happiness each time always made welcome. The young people in the home are always happy, they have everything they needs good food always dressed better than me, everyone staff wise and a good team form top to bottom. We need more
happy places like this.

We had a wonderful visit with our cousin today he was so happy and on good form
He told us how safe he felt living at Sycamores and how caring and kind all the staff are to him and all the other residents.
When Olu the care manager came to chat with us in the residents lounge Olu told our cousin
he himself was having a good day today to that our cousin replied "well you are having one good day but you give us seven good days every week"
It was such a lovely and a totally spontaneous remark from him.
Our cousin has been a resident at Sycamores for almost five years
We don't live locally so it gives us great comfort and peace of mind to know our cousin is in safe hands
Thank you to all the staff for your continuing excellent care and kindness and for always making my husband and I so welcome when we visit Sycamores.

After my fathers pass, the staff have all been so kind to make mum feeled , loved and at home. Thank all staff couldnt wish for more.
They try to make everybody feel confortable.
The night staff are excellent for checking them.

I have been very impressed by the the caring atmosphere generated throughout Sycamores. The feeling in the home is of a community of friends , everyone looking after the residents and their relatives. The recent meeting with residents concentrating on dementia was an excellent example of the
attitude of the home.

My Mum has been at the sycamores for two and a half years now. I am still impressed with the care they have given her from day one. The staff are so friendly and very caring looking after her. I would also like to say thank you to Olu for letting resident family attend a meeting today on Dementia
awareness. Sarah Bedding guided us through the various stages of Dementia and on how to deal with someone who has Dementia.
There always a warm welcome every time I go to visit mum.

Attended the Christmas Lights switch on . The evening was lovely , friendly and memorable.
Christmas lights looked beautiful and the music was uplifting ,smiles from family ,and residents were everywhere. Plenty of food and drinks .Staff were busy and at hand for yours and the residents needs .
Really lovely experience . Well done Sycamore .

My husband is happy, the staff are lovely and very considerate. I don't feel uncomfortable spending time with my husband. The entertainemtn staff are very good.

My Dad has been in Sycamores for over 2 years now. The staff are very friendly and caring and professional in their roles of jobs. The upmost respect is given to him always, his needs and emotions are always looked after. They organise trips and weekly events which he goes to quite often although
not as often as he used to , however is encouraged to participate in events but not forced. Everyone is so caring and kind and always make time in their busy days to talk and have a joke or two to him. The food , drinks and snacks are plentiful, lovely clean rooms and living spaces. His every need is adhered to even down to haircut, shave, and clean clothes always. The staff are very informative to us as a family always also. Highly recommended the Sycamores as a care home for your loved one

Another visit, and another chance to be impressed with the level of care and genuine kindess expressed by the staff at Sycamores care home. I thoroughly enjoyed the week long visit with my mother. She is quite content and I can tell she feels safe. Our private lunches in the dining area were
wonderful. Thank you guys for all you do!

my ccousin has been in sycamores for some time now and has always received the greatist of care from all of the staff, i think the staff go far and bejond all expectations, since being in the home she has improved dramatically , making friends and getting involved in cooking and quizzes etc.i am
very pleased with her progress and the home overhaul.

My mum stayed at Sycamores for a week of respite care recently. We were greeted with a warm welcome when we arrived and made to feel at home. The staff were very friendly and quick to provide everything in mum's room that was needed for her stay ie alarm mat, call buzzer and TV. They also made us a
cup of tea to have in her room. I was invited to stay and have lunch with her and we both enjoyed the food and ate every bit! I left mum feeling very reassured that she would be well taken care of and was able to enjoy my break away without worry. They have a portal called Relatives Gateway which logs all the care that is received during the stay. I found this very reassuring to check in and see how she was doing. Sycamores is a very good and friendly care home I would recommend.

Excellent service. He was looked after with care and dignity at all times, and with lots of respect. He enjoyed his time in the home. Plenty of food and drinks as well as being kept busy.

This Warwickshire Care Services statement is by the door at Sycamores & whenever I call in to see Mum I am reminded how lucky we are that she is one of the residents.
Mum has lived at Sycamores for nearly 2 years now & she continues to receive
exceptional care from all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble & they always have smiles on their faces & take their time to care for the residents, whether it is painting the residents' nails or doing quizzes or crosswords with them.
A couple of weeks ago they held a cowboy-themed music event in the garden which was enjoyed by a lot of the residents who were singing along to a live band of talented Musicians.

Our aunt was very well looked after at The Sycamores. She had a very nice room that was kept clean. The staff and management were very kind and caring and treated her with dignity and love.

My Aunt was very happy at Sycamores. The management and staff were always very friendly and welcoming to residents and visitors. If there was a problem is was always sorted.

My husband was in Sycamores for 18 months before he died. He has dementia and could be very difficult but he was always treated with patience and kindness. In the last few weeks of his life, he had many problems but was always treated with dignity. Not only did the staff care for him they were also
caring towards me and I am truly grateful for that.

The Sycamores Care Home was ideal for the period of respite and recovery that I needed to get strong enough to look after myself at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The gardens are well maintained and I spend many hours doing my exercises and physio workouts to
improve my muscle and coordination. I would recommend this care home to anyone needing protection and a safe environment.

We had a wonderful visit with our cousin today he was so happy and on good form
