All the staff are fantastic. Always there when you need them. Nothing is too much trouble, the home is always clean and tidy as meals always good. Have recommended this home to friends and they have family now living there. Great place.

Staff are friendly and helpful while booking my weekly visit to see my mum, obviously, access to the building is restricted due to Covid, so we use the visitor room and outside space.

I find all the staff willing to help no matter what you ask. They care for my mum very well. Would recommend to anyone, very homely.

A good visit. We were made extremely welcome and the Covid test was very easy and efficient. Pleasant and very helpful staff also made the visit as good as possible.

My mother and her family have nothing but praise for staff and accommodation at Normanton Lodge. The support provided and environment has had a positive effect on my mother and the family feel more relaxed now about her situation. May we send a heartfelt thanks to all involved in her care.

A lovely, clean, family feel care home. All staff are friendly and professional and always keep us up to date with any relevant information. The food is of a high standard. Overall, our family member couldn't be happier.

My mum has been in here for over two years. The staff are all very friendly and caring, putting on a lot of varied activities for the residents. The rooms and home as a whole have a high standard of cleanliness. I would recommend this care home.

I am so pleased with the care being given to my mum following a bad experience in a previous home. The care and professionalism given by all the staff are, in my opinion, second to none. She has many demands, but the staff deal with these with total care and professionalism. We would not want her to
be anywhere else. Always give us a "cuppa".
