We moved Mum in May 2024 to Kirby Grange due to their knowledge on caring for dementia residents and after inspecting their home and services provided. Unfortunately Mum passed away in Nov 2025 but the care she received during her time was absolutely outstanding. The attention and personal treatment
was heart warming to see and during her finals days, she and our family, were supported way behold what would have expected. The dignity and respect, alone with their living attention - made us all feel that she was in the right place to guide her into the next life.
The staff will forever in our hearts

Mum has been a resident for over 4 1/2 years. Her care has been excellent.
The staff are appraochable, very caring. All members of the team Management, nursing, ancillary and kitchen staff know their residents well, know their likes, dislikes and ' little ways'. They became family to her.
Mum
passed away peacefully this week. They were supportive to mum as well the family at this very emotional time.. Nothing was too much trouble.
I could recommend them enough. Their care and dedication is second to none.
Well done to Laura, Maria,Sarah and all the team for your hard work and dedication.
I shall miss my visits.

Excellent home, staff extremely experienced and friendly.
Always plenty of staff around and home is spotless.
Gardens do need some work but they are gradually doing that.
Lovely area for visitors to help themselves to a refreshment

Everything has been excellent, all staff are kind and helpful but make sure you are doing as you should. Food has been fabulous. I have enjoyed every meal and expanded my tastes.

Kirby Grange is a friendly professionally run home. The staff are brilliant and the care provided is excellent. My Mum has been at Kirby Grange for several years. She is at home there and we feel confident that she is receiving the best care and we are kept informed should any issues arise.

Always look to make sure that my Mum is well and looked after. The Care Home looks to put on activities for the residents and invite family and friends to attend. The Christmas Party this year was very enjoyable.
Thank you to all the staff that work so hard to make it the best experience possible.

A year after my mother moved into Kirby Grange, we are still impressed by the staff who all go the extra mile. Kirby Grange feels like a real home rather than an institution. All this has made such a difference to Mum's safety and well-being and as family, we can rest easy knowing she is well cared
for.

I can't recommend Kirby Grange highly enough. You won't find a more gentle, kind, and safe home for those needing residential care. The newly decorated and furnished lounge is lovely - a welcoming space for residents to chat with their guests over tea and biscuits. A big thank you to the staff of
Kirby Grange who arranged so many thoughtful and entertaining events for the residents this Christmas as they do throughout the year.

Mum has been a resident for over 2 years now and is happy and well looked after. Whenever we visit there is always a friendly welcome from everyone. Everywhere is clean and tidy and Mum always looks well, she enjoys having her hair styled.

My aunt has been a resident long-term so the team knows her well and always respects her needs and acts with sensitivity. Her needs are quite complex as her sight, hearing, and mobility are very poor but she is happy with her care. As her next-of-kin, I am always kept advised of any issues relating
to her care. I certainly chose Kirby Grange wisely.

Such a kind and friendly home. Every member of staff is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I have only praise for the kindness and care shown to each and every resident. I leave my auntie after visiting knowing that she is safe and well cared for. I would recommend the home to anyone.

Mum has been a resident at Kirby Grange for the past three years. During this time I have only experienced good things about the care home. Both the staff and management are very good and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Kirby Grange. It is excellent.

The open-door policy that the home has for relatives and friends shows that this is a home with nothing to hide. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They genuinely care about the residents and their families. My relative is new to the home this year and has now settled in well. Settling in took time
and they have been patient and understanding. I can relax and not worry knowing my relative is well cared for.

Thank you to everyone who made my Christmas extra special for me by my wonderful visit to a nail bar for a lovely manicure, it was so very kind of the person that spent the time to take me. I so appreciated the gesture and once again, many, many thanks. Special thanks to the manager, she was
brilliant.

I would like to thank all the staff for everything you do to help with our mother's care. Not living in the UK has been very difficult for me but I have full confidence in her care. Nothing seems too much trouble. Encouraging her to eat before going to sleep. All those things make a huge difference
to her well-being.

My mum has been a resident here for 5 years. I have found the staff very caring and very understanding of my mum's needs. She has dementia and this illness brings its own challenges. I feel they have always been very supportive. I am always contacted straight away if there is a problem. The care
home is very clean and welcoming.

Lovely team, very professional, friendly, efficient and helpful, doing a great job at this moment of time, with all the pressure that is on the NHS.

After a fall, my friend was poorly quite quickly. A doctor was called and then the paramedics and they decided after contacting me that the best thing to do was keep her in the home and make her comfortable. I was encouraged to visit her which I did and she received wonderful care in her last hours.
She was very well cared for and was happy and I believe it was the best thing for her to be in familiar surroundings with people she knew and cared about her.
