Kirby Grange Residential Home offers a serene residence in an idyllic rural location with great public transport links.

Kirby Grange is one of the best-loved residential care homes in Leicester, providing daily help and support for residents who do not require nursing care but need help with the stresses and strains of daily living.

The team of highly experienced carers provides really amazing quality dementia care, with specialised training and knowledge in this and associated areas. Unlike many other homes, the team's focus extends to maximising the overall wellbeing and quality of life for every individual resident.

Excellent home, staff extremely experienced and friendly.
Always plenty of staff around and home is spotless.
Gardens do need some work but they are gradually doing that.
Lovely area for visitors to help themselves to a refreshment

Everything has been excellent, all staff are kind and helpful but make sure you are doing as you should. Food has been fabulous. I have enjoyed every meal and expanded my tastes.

Always look to make sure that my Mum is well and looked after. The Care Home looks to put on activities for the residents and invite family and friends to attend. The Christmas Party this year was very enjoyable.

I can't recommend Kirby Grange highly enough. You won't find a more gentle, kind, and safe home for those needing residential care. The newly decorated and furnished lounge is lovely - a welcoming space for residents to chat with their guests over tea and biscuits. A big thank you to the staff of Kirby
Grange who arranged so many thoughtful and entertaining events for the residents this Christmas as they do throughout the year.

Mum has been a resident for over 2 years now and is happy and well looked after. Whenever we visit there is always a friendly welcome from everyone. Everywhere is clean and tidy and Mum always looks well, she enjoys having her hair styled.

As soon as you enter Kirby Grange it feels like home. The staff are welcoming. They know their residents' likes/dislikes etc. really well. I am impressed with their attention to detail. Mum has been a resident at Kirby Grange for the past three years. During this time I have only experienced good things about the care home. Both the staff and management are very good and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Kirby Grange. It is excellent.

The open-door policy that the home has for relatives and friends shows that this is a home with nothing to hide. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They genuinely care about the residents and their families. My relative is new to the home this year and has now settled in well. Settling in took time and
they have been patient and understanding. I can relax and not worry knowing my relative is well cared for.

I would like to thank all the staff for everything you do to help with our mother's care. Not living in the UK has been very difficult for me but I have full confidence in her care. Nothing seems too much trouble. Encouraging her to eat before going to sleep. All those things make a huge difference
to her well-being.

My mum has been a resident here for 5 years. I have found the staff very caring and very understanding of my mum's needs. She has dementia and this illness brings its own challenges. I feel they have always been very supportive. I am always contacted straight away if there is a problem. The care home
is very clean and welcoming.

All staff are amazing, they all treat my mum with dignity and respect but are friendly and it is obvious that they know her well. The home is always clean and welcoming. The people who run and work at Kirby Grange residential Care Home are absolutely first class. The care and attention to all the residents and families are second to none. They are truly unsung heroes who tirelessly work to make the home the best, I believe, in the area. My husband and I cannot thank
the staff enough for the care given to Mum during her final few days of life. We shall continue to go to fetes and events to support the, and the residents. A massive thank you to all.

After a fall, my friend was poorly quite quickly. A doctor was called and then the paramedics and they decided after contacting me that the best thing to do was keep her in the home and make her comfortable. I was encouraged to visit her which I did and she received wonderful care in her last hours.
She was very well cared for and was happy and I believe it was the best thing for her to be in familiar surroundings with people she knew and cared about her.

Kirby Grange staff have cared so well for my mum. She loved it there, loved all the staff and especially the food. In her final moments I can only describe the care she received by the staff as amazing and they looked after and supported us too during this very difficult time.
