Kirby Grange Residential Home offers a serene residence in an idyllic rural location with great public transport links.

Kirby Grange is one of the best-loved residential care homes in Leicester, providing daily help and support for residents who do not require nursing care but need help with the stresses and strains of daily living.

The team of highly experienced carers provides really amazing quality dementia care, with specialised training and knowledge in this and associated areas. Unlike many other homes, the team's focus extends to maximising the overall wellbeing and quality of life for every individual resident.

For people who don’t yet need full-time care but require short-term support, sometimes because their usual carers are unavailable, then respite care homes such as Kirby Grange are ideal. Each of their respite or short-stay residents receive the same levels of care, respect, and dignity that full-time residents would.

Staff seem kind and welcoming, dad seems to be settling in OK and seems less agitated than he was in a different unit. He seems to be enjoying the food and looks clean and groomed when I visit.

All the staff are lovely. All seem very caring and show consideration to my friend. Everyone is kind and helpful - it is so nice to visit her. it is so lovely that I can sometimes bring my dog - which really makes my friend and the other residents happy. It's so lovely to see the dog on my friend's
lap and a big smile on her face. Thank you for looking after her - you are doing a great job. The hairdresser is a great bonus - it really cheers my friend up to have her hair done!

The staff here work very very hard all the time caring for the residents. They are very kind and caring and try to make everyone living here happy and comfortable. I feel sorry at times for the staff as they have so much to do and feel they need more staff to help them. The home is lovely and warm and
it's great the residents do activities I.e. Cooking/bingo to keep them busy.

A big room I spent my respite in. I like the food that is served. I enjoyed the activities. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You can have a laugh with them. I had everything I wanted at my fingertips.
