I have been a resident here for 3 years and before that my dad was a resident here many years ago also. The care is very good and you can form bonds well with the staff. The food is very nice all homemade

My father was a resident at Scalford Court care home for just over a year before he passed away in September 2025. My family and I were very pleased with he care he received from the care staff, they were kind and considerate and dealt with his dementia very well. They were also very good to us as
a family and offered care and advice to us when we needed it. We were always confident that Dad was being looked after very well.

My uncle received exceptional care during his stay at Scalford Court Care Home. My uncle was treated with kindness and compassion during his whole stay, alongside all of the family. My grandma was well looked after during her stay at Scalford Court. The staff were friendly and were excellent with my grandma, who had dementia. As a family, it was relied knowing that our relative was in good hands.

Thank you to all the staff at Scalford Court for taking such good care of my grandmother. It is comforting to know she is well looked after and happy staying there. When I speak to her she tells me about all the staff and the lovely activities they get up to during the week. She has been able to
keep a lot of her independence and the staff will go out of their way to help meet her needs. The catering is also particularly good; the food is nutritious and fresh which is reassuring for us as we were concerned about her diet before she came into the home. The home has been recently decorated, it has been lovely to see fresh colourful walls and beautiful artwork on the walls. It gives a warm, welcoming feel that I have not seen in many other homes. They have beautiful outdoor grounds which have been lovely especially in the last few weeks with the warmer weather. The rooms are well kept, clean and newly decorated. Thank you to everyone for looking after her so well! Would highly recommend!

I can't thank the staff at Scalford Court enough for the outstanding care they gave my late mum during her time with them. She had severe dementia, and the compassion, patience, and dignity they showed her every single day brought great comfort to our family. The team went above and beyond not just
in meeting her needs, but in making her feel safe, loved, and respected. Knowing she was in such kind and capable hands gave us peace of mind through an incredibly difficult time. We will always be deeply grateful.

every resident feels valued. My gran has formed wonderful relationships with her carers, who treat her with respect and compassion. Their attentiveness is reassuring, and I've seen her flourish since moving here.The environment, under new ownership, has improved greatly. It's beautifully maintained and cozy. There are many activities for residents, from arts and crafts to exercise classes.
The meals are delicious and cater to dietary needs, ensuring everyone enjoys nutritious food. Overall, Scalford Court has exceeded our expectations. Knowing my gran is in such capable hands brings us peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Scalford Court to anyone seeking a loving environment for loved ones

My dad has been here a year now, the care he receives is excellent. He is treated with care and compassion, the staff are kind and friendly to dad and myself. They do lots of activities with the residents although dad chooses not to participate. My mother on law was in here too and the care she
received was also excellent right to the end.

Dad went to live at Scalford Court Care Home after many years of living alone and looking after himself was understandably apprehensive at first. After a short time he began to love living there.
The staff went out of their way to make Dad feel at home. They were attentive and caring, treating him
with dignity and respect right up until the end. They became his friends, as was shown during the period of his passing when so many of the staff made the time to come and say their goodbyes to him; many of whom shed tears and expressed their love for him, saying how much they were going to miss him.
This was such a comfort to us during this awful time and made us realise just how much they thought of him.
Dad was always treated with respect, dignity and was supported during his stay
It's a very difficult time for families when choosing a care home for their loved ones. But we would wholeheartedly recommend Scalford Court Care Home.

The care my mum received was excellent the care love and friendliness was the best. Not only did this apply to mum, it was extended to her family as well. The support to the family was amazing. Thank you so much to everyone you have all been brilliant.

When myself and my sister first started the process of looking for a care home for our grandma, we didn't need to do much searching. We knew Scalford Court was the best, and she would feel happy and comfortable there. We weren't wrong. When Grandma first entered the building, and was greeted by the
lovely staff and a wonderful welcoming spread, she said "this is the place for me!"
The staff have been wonderful, they are all beautiful caring individuals, and gave my grandma the best care. She suffered from dementia, and all her needs were catered for, and all members of staff made our grandma feel loved. I cannot express enough, how at home you feel at Scalford Court. The cleanliness is top-tier level, along with the professional care given. Thank you all, for looking after our grandma so well.

All the management and staff at Scalford Court are so very friendly, understanding and professional. They always have their residents best interest at heart, and nothing is too much trouble. They understand the feelings and emotions of the family as well as their residents. I could not ask for a

Scalford Court has provided exemplary care for my father. The staff are genuinely caring, helpful and enthusiastic. Since my father's arrival there, his health has improved and he has gained weight. The setting is very pleasant and comfortable, and the food is excellent! Managers are also on hand
to speak to and very approachable. Can’t recommend Scalford Court high enough.

Extremely welcoming, friendly family home.
All the staff are lovely to me and I believe my dad says some are happier/better than others (some don't want to be there). Everywhere is always clean apart from on some occasions dads commode hasn't been cleaned out and subsequently, his room has smelt.
They lose his underwear and some clothes too, but names haven't been put in. Dads room is very small!

Scalford Court have provided care for my uncle and grandfather. They ensured that my grandad kept his dignity whilst suffering with dementia. They cared for him when the family couldn't. He enjoyed the food, had a room that he was able to hang pictures. The staff became his friends. He particularly
enjoys the crafts.

Scalford Court has caring staff; they are very friendly and helpful. The staffs approach to my mother’s individual care needs are excellent and she is always treated with dignity and respect.
The food is varied, nutritious and delicious and nothing is too much trouble for the kitchen staff to meet
mothers needs.
I am really happy that my mother is in their care.

The care my father received in the last 2 years of his life has enabled him to see out his years in dignity with support, care and compassion. This has given me, his daughter, comfort and confidence as his health and mental capacity deteriorated. Dad was happy at Scalford court in his comfortable
room and I would gladly recommend this care home to others.

Thank you to all the staff at Scalford Court for taking such good care of my grandmother. It is comforting to know she is well looked after and happy staying there. When I speak to her she tells me about all the staff and the lovely activities they get up to during the week. She has been able to
keep a lot of her independence and the staff will go out of their way to help meet her needs. The catering is also particularly good; the food is nutritious and fresh which is reassuring for us as we were concerned about her diet before she came into the home. The home has been recently decorated, it has been lovely to see fresh colourful walls and beautiful artwork on the walls. It gives a warm, welcoming feel that I have not seen in many other homes. They have beautiful outdoor grounds which have been lovely especially in the last few weeks with the warmer weather. The rooms are well kept, clean and newly decorated. Dad went to live at Scalford Court Care Home after many years of living alone and looking after himself was understandably apprehensive at first. After a short time he began to love living there.
The staff went out of their way to make Dad feel at home. They were attentive and caring, treating him
with dignity and respect right up until the end. They became his friends, as was shown during the period of his passing when so many of the staff made the time to come and say their goodbyes to him; many of whom shed tears and expressed their love for him, saying how much they were going to miss him.
This was such a comfort to us during this awful time and made us realise just how much they thought of him.

When myself and my sister first started the process of looking for a care home for our grandma, we didn't need to do much searching. We knew Scalford Court was the best, and she would feel happy and comfortable there. We weren't wrong. When Grandma first entered the building, and was greeted by the

All the staff are lovely to me and I believe my dad says some are happier/better than others (some don't want to be there). Everywhere is always clean apart from on some occasions dads commode hasn't been cleaned out and subsequently, his room has smelt.
