Excellent care they show my dad. Dad is on a special diet and he always has a good choice of food. The place is always clean, he has a lovely room which is kept very clean. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and helpful.
I'm very happy. The carers are kind and caring.
Very happy with how my dad is looked after. Dad has a lot of support from the lovely staff, always.
My friend has just recently moved into the home, the service has been excellent, all the staff are very kind and helpful, the care is very good. Most importantly it feels like 'home' because everyone is very approachable. I would strongly recommend Eresby Hall to anyone looking for care for a relative.
Very pleased and satisfied with the care my husband is receiving all the staff and carers are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I can also say I know he is in a safe place and so pleased he is in Eresby Hall. Wonderful!
Excellent care.
We visit my dad regularly once or twice a week. The staff are always friendly and attentive. During today's visit the residents were being encouraged to join in a dice-rolling game. The volunteers named the residents, they clearly knew the residents. We were made to feel welcome and were offered a cup of tea by the carers.
The staff are very supportive during recent and ongoing difficulties with my father- in-law.
All the staff are very kind and helpful and take a lot of care of everyone, owing to the amount of work they do care very well.
My mum was in Eresby Hall for some 9 months during that time she was very lucky to be cared for with the utmost dignity especially as she had Dementia/Alzheimers. Her room was kept clean and tidy she was looked after in all aspects with washing/bathing etc. The food was very good as well. What makes Eresby Hall so special are the lovely people who work there, they are always on the end of the phone to answer any questions, and they take time with the residents, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We were lucky to have mum in Ersby Hall. Unfortunately mum passed away recently, but up to the very last minute, mum was treated with the utmost care and so was her family.
My mum cannot write this review due to poor sight issues, but she would be in agreement with what I write. From the moment she arrived at the home, she has had nothing but kindness and care from the staff (I have noticed when visiting). They do such a lot for the residents to keep them well entertained and looked after. The home is spotless always cleaning etc. The food is delicious or (looks delicious)! I cannot fault them.
You will not find a more professional compassionate team of carers than at Eresby Hall. My mother is treated with kindness and respect and she is happy and content in a warm and friendly environment.
The staff and management always make me feel welcome when I visit. I know my husband is being cared for as he should be and that makes me know he is in safe hands. I would recommend the care home to anyone that needs it.
The home is emerging from the covid period, volunteers have returned to help provide more activities. Mum has one of the refurbished rooms which is bright, fresh and comfortable. Meals are appetising and attractive with variety. Staffing as with most places seems problematic for the existing staff but Mum's needs are well catered for and she is treated with dignity and respect and she is happy and settled.
Very good and see family and friends.
I think the care is brilliant. I am confined to my bed and wish to remain at Eresby for the rest of my life. I enjoy having my family and friends visit as and when I want and the carers are great. I feel safe here.
Always have a good visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. The building is always clean.
Eresby Hall gives a very good service to residents. I have been here four years and I am pleased with the care I have recieved.
Staff always pleasant and have shown great care towards my father. They also look after us on our visits which gives us confidence my father is in good hands.
In general, the care and service is quite good but there is a general shortage of staff. However, I believe this is caused by the covid virus outbreak.
