Your fees cover several areas while in their care.
These services are: Personal care, accommodation,
utilities, use of communal areas, meals, drinks and
snacks, laundry (excluding dry cleaning),
housekeeping, maintenance and activities run by the
home.


Services NOT included in price are: dentistry, chiropody,
physiotherapy, occupational therapy, opticians, hairdressing,
medications, toiletries, clothing, newspapers/magazines.
During your stay, you may need to purchase additional goods
and services. If they are able to provide such goods and
services, they will tell you how much these goods and services
will cost and they expect that you will pay for these goods and
services at the time you request them.
They can accompany loved ones to private appointments,
however the fee attached to this is £21 per hour. Where private taxi
services are used for transportation to appointments the cost should
be paid for by yourself.

Excellent care they show my dad. Dad is on a special diet and he always has a good choice of food. The place is always clean, he has a lovely room which is kept very clean. Staff are always welcoming and friendly and helpful.

My friend has just recently moved into the home, the service has been excellent, all the staff are very kind and helpful, the care is very good. Most importantly it feels like 'home' because everyone is very approachable. I would strongly recommend Eresby Hall to anyone looking for care for a relative.

We visit my dad regularly once or twice a week. The staff are always friendly and attentive. During today's visit the residents were being encouraged to join in a dice-rolling game. The volunteers named the residents, they clearly knew the residents. We were made to feel welcome and were offered a cup
of tea by the carers.

My mum was in Eresby Hall for some 9 months during that time she was very lucky to be cared for with the utmost dignity especially as she had Dementia/Alzheimers. Her room was kept clean and tidy she was looked after in all aspects with washing/bathing etc. The food was very good as well. What makes
Eresby Hall so special are the lovely people who work there, they are always on the end of the phone to answer any questions, and they take time with the residents, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We were lucky to have mum in Ersby Hall. Unfortunately mum passed away recently, but up to the very last minute, mum was treated with the utmost care and so was her family.

My mum cannot write this review due to poor sight issues, but she would be in agreement with what I write. From the moment she arrived at the home, she has had nothing but kindness and care from the staff (I have noticed when visiting). They do such a lot for the residents to keep them well entertained
and looked after. The home is spotless always cleaning etc. The food is delicious or (looks delicious)! I cannot fault them.

The staff and management always make me feel welcome when I visit. I know my husband is being cared for as he should be and that makes me know he is in safe hands. I would recommend the care home to anyone that needs it.

The home is emerging from the covid period, volunteers have returned to help provide more activities. Mum has one of the refurbished rooms which is bright, fresh and comfortable. Meals are appetising and attractive with variety. Staffing as with most places seems problematic for the existing staff but
Mum's needs are well catered for and she is treated with dignity and respect and she is happy and settled.

I think the care is brilliant. I am confined to my bed and wish to remain at Eresby for the rest of my life. I enjoy having my family and friends visit as and when I want and the carers are great. I feel safe here.

Terri has worked at Eresby Hall since early 2019, Terri initially joined as a Carer but quickly progressed to a Care Leader and has been in her role as Head of Care since April 2021. Terri enjoys working with the team at OSJCT, she believes that the teamwork she sees on a daily basis is what makes the residents feel safe and secure in their own home. Terri says, “the atmosphere every day at Eresby Hall is one of fun, laughter and most of all care”. When Terri is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her 3 children and her husband.
