My relative has now been living in this home for over two years. When she first moved in, I was able to visit her. I live several hours away so, during Covid 19, my contact has been by phone. I am always impressed by the tender care the staff show her when handing her the phone. Every week she tells me how happy she is to be living in the home, how well looked after and well-fed she is.

This review is written bearing in mind the Covid restrictions we still have in place. We have always found that Erecy Hall is both kind, caring and professional in caring for my father. They are always very informative and answer any questions I have regarding my fathers care. My father is really well cared for, and based on Eresby Hall order of group trust, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a care home. We have always found all the staff caring, professional, very friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

The home is comfortable and clean. The food appears to be sufficient. The staff are friendly and caring. My only concern is lack of fluids - drinks appear to be sparse. I think it would be better if the residents sat in better clusters. Some appear to be sat in what is a walkthrough and there is little interaction because of this. I appreciate covid social distancing is a problem at the moment.

Excellent care. Lovely people. My mum is so happy at Eresby. She has been there 2 years which means I've had her for 2yrs more than we thought we would. Caring team who have kept residents safe during Covid with care and compassion.

All the staff is very friendly and courteous and willing to help. The rooms are very good although some fo the carpets need cleaning, also the windows outside. The garden furniture could do with a good scrub and some repairs or new. The patio needs al the weeds removing as well, but all in all a very nice friendly care home.

I find all the staff very friendly and helpful, even when they have had a long and tiring shift. Everyone has been so kind to him, even when he's been 'naughty'. He seems to have improved a lot just recently, and that has taken a great weight off my mind. Thank you to all of you.

The Staff have been amazing during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The Home was put on lockdown before the Government decided that Care Homes should be closed to the Public and Visitors. I have regular contact with the Carers during the lockdown and was able to send pictures by email to my Mother which they printed and put up on display in her room. The staff have continued with a programme of activities and entertainment such as celebrating VE Day etc. All residents and staff were Covid-19 tested and all were negative. Proof that the staff did not put themselves at risk when not at work. I understand that Staff are now tested weekly and residents are tested monthly, showing that they are proactive. There are now strict rules for visitors including wearing face masks, staying 2 metres apart from residents/staff, staying outside and taking the temperature of visitors before being allowed to visit.

My mother has been a resident for 3+ years, during which time, she has been well cared for and supported by the staff. The staff have worked extremely hard during these difficult times and to date, the home has remained Covid-19 free. I cannot think of a higher accolade to the staff and offer my highest praise for the caring work they do on a daily basis. I have witnessed genuine affection from the staff towards my mother; thus demonstrating their effort goes well beyond the call of duty. Thank you all and well done Eresby!

My father has dementia. I looked after him for over five years. It was such a hard and emotional decision to make but finally, I knew it was time for him to go into care. From the moment I came into contact with staff from Eresby Hall I knew I had made the right decision. The staff has been fantastic with both my dad and myself. No matter when I visit he is clean, tidy and looks very well cared for. I find the staff to be empathetic, they genuinely are caring and kind to us both. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My Godmother was at Eresby Hall for two and a half years. Her room was large and kept very clean and tidy. She could be difficult at times but was always treated with respect and kindness by the carers at Eresby Hall. She enjoyed the meals and there is also a very pleasant garden for sitting outside in the summer. I found that visitors to the home were always welcomed with a smile and they are welcome to visit at any time. When my godmother was at the end of her life, the carers were exceptionally kind both to my godmother and myself. I would recommend Eresby Hall to someone looking for a care home for a loved one.

We had heard of Eresby Hall`s good reputation from local people. My mother had had several short respite care stays at Eresby Hall but at the beginning of December 2019 needed full-time care.
Mother was happy to return to Eresby Hall due to the kind attitude of the staff and the good care they provide. The facilities and activities offered are good.
The staff`s mantra that "This is your home" applies to all residents.

Visitors are made welcome and feel included.

I was very impressed by the nursing home, very clean and comfortable surroundings. My mother, who has vascular dementia, spent two weeks here. Unfortunately, it was difficult to form an accurate opinion as she only wanted to come home, but I do feel she had good care during her stay.

My mum has recently moved to Eresby Hall and from the day we looked around the staff have been great. They made a huge effort to ensure the transition from her previous home went well and have made her very welcome. Mum appears happy and says she likes the staff. There is always lots going on and the home has a nice friendly feel about it. Mum enjoys being able to use the garden when she wants and this was one of the reasons we chose this home for her. The staff are taking the time to understands her needs and are always available when family want to inquire about mums care.
